Called these people twice the first about a month ago for an estimate to establish alarm svc. Have yet to hear from them. One star as I couldnt give the zero starsWill be going elsewhere.
Awesome service! We were leaving for vacation and our alarm started beeping the night before. We called Security First and they had a repairman at our house within an hour. They took care of the issue and we got on the road to the airport. We’ve been with them a few years and they always take care of business quickly and professionally!!
Great experience! Owners and installers are top notch. They all went above and beyond to develop a customized system to meet our needs. The installers left our home in perfect condition and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
Horrible alarm company!! Unethical contract policy! They automatically renew your contract. Be aware consumer.
Would give a zero star if possible. The worst alarm company I have ever dealt with. The owner is a piece of work for sure. The office is a complete joke. I do not know how this company stays in business. If you value your time and money, go with Simply Safe.
Unethical contract policy!They automatically renew contracts in three year increments. I had their service for 3 years and would pay annually. When I paid the fourth year they automatically renewed my contract for three more years. I am moving and they want to charge me a fortune to set up equipment in my new house. I tried to cancel and they said no. They went on to say, I have to pay them for the next two years regardless of using their service. To top it off they made sure to let me know if I missed one payment they would immediately send me to collections. So I am stuck paying for a service I am not using because of a contract that was automatically renewed.

Attempted to begin new service with this company. I spent two months and much time trying to help them get the contract they wanted me to sign, filled out properly on their end. They never sent me an accurate contract and yet keep insisting via email that I sign a contract. I would patiently remind them that I was still waiting to receive a correct contract-no response. I then requested that a manager call me to sort this out. No one called and I soon received a request to sign a cancelation agreement which I will gladly do. Dont waste your time with this company.

Been having a terrible time with this company.. the installation was great but soon after that the problems begin.. When I signed up with this company I told him the story about what happened with my last alarm company and they assured me I wouldn’t have to deal with any kind of BS or rude people in the office .. that I went out the window once they locked me into a contract.. the ladies in the office are rude, incompetent and will insult you without hesitation.. I was just told in the office when I requested on phone to speak with supervisor “good because no one in the office like you “ I’m having continuous issues with my alarm system and it keeps going off when there’s nothing to set it off I’ve had to have the cops go after I’ve had to leave work to check I’ve had a nonstop issue with his Mickey Mouse alarm systems, Now the local police are charging me $50 for every false alarm because my alarm system doesn’t work and I had to pay someone to go to my house on their lunch break to make sure everything was OK because I don’t trust the “law enforcement “ to do their job.... This company doesn’t like me so they don’t wanna help me fix or deal with anything but they also don’t wanna let me out of my contract like I’ve asked them to so they’re refusing to fix my problem they’re refusing to pay the service fee the cops are charging me and they’re refusing to do with me but they expect me to hold up my end of the contract when they don’t want to hold up their end of the contract I recommend don’t use this company I have Vivnt Security at my shop and I’ve only had one issue with the sensor going out and they overnighted me for free new sensor and immediately this company doesn’t like me so they don’t want to help me fix your do with anything but they also don’t wanna let me out of my contract I give us time to so they’re refusing to fix my problem for refusing to pay the service fee the cops are charging me and I refusing to do with me but they expect me to hold up my end of the contract when I don’t want to hold up their end of the contract I recommend don’t use this company I have security at my shop and I’ve only had one issue with the sensor going out and they overnighted me for free new sensor in immediately I was trying to deal with local companies to keep my money local but when problems like this happen it’s always the corporate companies that have a textbook way of solving issues and you don’t have to deal with rude people in offices because corporate companies were firemen the small businesses are probably sitting there laughing in their office and cursing me after they get off the phone Because I have a contract there’s nothing that I can do about it and they know that is why they treat you that way I recommend everyone just go with the big corporate companies like the event they guarantee their product better and treat their people better, update now I have a employees husband (the one I yelled at on phone), went to my face book, and started insulting me then she joined in insulting me and then her son got on my Facebook and started threatening me and insulting my daughter and calling my kid names, then she (the employee of security first) is insulting my mom and saying I’m a loser etc.. all this for leaving a bad review they tracked me down in my personal life and harassed me... great company
From the install of our alarm, cameras and surround sound, the technicians have been professional and helpful.
The worst alarm company in Visalia. I had my house burglarized and they said my motion sensor was actually a heat sensor and did not pick up the body heat of the perp. Owner is a complete arrogant idiot. I am using Simply Safe and they are awesome.

I was paying $30/month no contract for over 10 years with them. They wanted to charge me to install an updated cellular transmitter, so I looked at my options and found SimplySafe self install wireless equipment on the internet for $14/month monitoring including smartphone control. It was super easy to set up, highly recommend SimplySafe instead.I was paid up over 9 months of service credit with Security First when I cancelled because I pay once a year with no contract. They told me I would receive a check for the unused credit when I cancelled, Ive called 3 times thus far to enquire about my credit, and I am being given the cold shoulder. The owner can take that $300ish dollar credit and shove it into his rectal canal, he needs it more than I do.I recommend SimplySafe security systems off of the internet instead, you will save money and no hassles with difficult office staff.
