If negative stars was an option, this place would be -5 stars. Was recommended by a friend to come here little did I know the old shop got bought out and this was going to be a nightmare. Just bought a brand new car, 3 months after decided to upgrade the sound system. Took my car to this place to install, they literally drilled through my seats! The amplifier was drilled to the back of my seats in the trunk causing screws to pop out! After I let them know they damaged my 30k car they hardly wanted to fix it. I work a busy work schedule, only available one day out of the week and was told “okay we’ll we are busy this day how about next week?” If I drilled holes through a brand new car I would immediately fix the problem. Very bad business I would recommend to never come here.

Had gotten a full car audio Kit that includes a 12in Kenwood sub and a 500w amp from Best Buy and got it installed by their Geek Squad. They charged me 130 just for the installation. They told me it’d be ready in like 3 hours and turned out to be about a 6 hour wait. I got there and let me tell you, I was so disappointed in what the performance of the system was. They told me it was just because I had a factory head unit and if I bought a aftermarket stereo it would allow the amp and sub to work properly. I took it to Zamz and within 40 min they had fixed all the incorrect wiring and installment that the geek squad had done. Just for the installation they just charged 85$ which is almost half of what I was previously charged. Cannot thank these workers from Zamz for properly hooking up a first time customer. Would highly recommend to anyone !

Very good costumer service the owner took his time to talk to me about my system for my car. Hands down the best system I ever had put two 15inch subs addictive audio v4 I can say they are the best. I recommend everyone who wants to install a car system. Look for a young gentlemen name David he take care of you.

When I walked in I meet Richard who I had talked to about putting a sub in my car with a ported box and amp with upgraded wires and harness. Richard showed me 2 ways I could go about it and much more. Their customer service is honestly great Richard listened to what i had to say and gave me some input back on which would work best. I can definitely tell that the guys over at California car care about their customers and that they are always open to what questions you have. I definitely recommend them. Great place. Ive had a couple of cars done here. Greg always does a great job on the installs and the prices are honest and fair when compared to other local shops. They stand behind their work and fix any issues. I blew a 15 inch version 4 that was bought and installed by them and they honored the warranty without any questions... They also do excellent window tinting... A word of advice, if you are looking for the best bass, go ahead and spend the extra money, and get the addictive audio version 4 subs and have Greg custom build a trunk fit box for you. You will not be disappointed when pieces of your car start falling off from the amazing air pressure and vibrations these 80 pound monsters push out of a custom built ported box. Worth every penny!

They charged me more than what was told and i asked if the settings on the system were set to sound good they said yes and wasnt. My friend even did better job not going back waste of money

Had subwoofers installed in my 04 Chevy Silverado. A sub was damaged during the install by a new hire. Manager of the shop and installs were very quick to fix the problem and even upgraded my subwoofer and box. Great customer service and great people to work with. Will be back soon to get a deck and components installed. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Took my car in with an old school made in USA (priceless) PPI-PCX-480 and Alpine separates for an install. Mis-wired speakers the first time and blew my 800 old school PPi amp the second try. These guys are straight ROOKIES! Asked the owner to call me but guess he doesnt care enough to talk to his customers that or he lacks the courage. STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! No compensation for my broken amplifier.
