I came to giant without full intent to buy yet. Joao came and shows a few Trucks, he was nice and patient with my stubbornness. He showed me a used ram I didnt think I could afford but he worked hard to make sure I left satisfied! My daughter and pup love the truck and Im excited to take them on many trips. If you have any hesitation on getting a vehicle come here and take a look and dont be afraid to ask because you will be taken care of.

I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and inspection a couple of weeks ago. I received an appointment and it was confirmed for 7:45 am. I received this confirmation both verbally and was sent and e-mail confirming the date and time. When I scheduled the appointment, I made the service advisor aware that I would need to wait for my car seeing as I didnt have a ride available. He told me by having the appointment and getting their early I should be able to get in and out at a decent time.The morning of my appointment the service department was packed. My car had to be parked behind 5 or 6 cars. The person who checked my in said there was a bit of a wait when I told him I was waiting. A shuttle was not offered. He did say it should be less than 2 hours though. I checked on the car after an hour and 45 minutes and it still had not been taken back. He proceeded to tell me that he told me it would be a wait etc. I realized that but it was almost 2 hours and my car had not been taken back to be serviced. I asked about why it took so long if I had an appointment. I asked if all of the people that had been brought back and serviced were were scheduled before me. He proceeded to tell me they dont make appointments. When I told him I had an email etc. he said that is just the time to drop off the car. That is ridiculous. Dont tell customers they have an appointment if your policy is not to schedule appointments. Dont waste my time. I could have been in and out of a Quick Lube place and probably received better service all around. This is the third time something similar has happened to me here at Giant Chevrolet. I will not use the service department there again.

We loved the fact that everything about the car was written so we could understand exactly what was wrong with our car and the parts that will be needed. Giant ordered the parts and they came in when Giant told us they would be there. Giant Chevrolet, Visalia scores 11 out of 10 in our book. Also our car was ready when Giant Chevrolet told us it would be ready. *******

My Experience at Giant Chevrolet was absolutely wonderful. I made the prelim set up over the phone and I could not have been happier with the service I experienced.I drove from LA to Visalia because the sales rep I spoke o on the phone was so great. His name is Justin and he provided by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. It is worth noting I had bought a Chevy truck here in Los Angeles and compared to the service I got with Justin it was an awful experience.Justin was clear and provided me with the answers I need. Im in sales so I understand he is out to make money as well, but with the way Justin approached me on the phone and then when I went to see him in Visalia I felt confident in the deal I was getting on the new truck.He told me exactly what I was going to get, and when I got there it was exactly what he told me, no hidden BS about anything on the truck, price, or hidden fees. He also spent extra time to make sure I was acquainted with all the knowledge n the various Chevy apps, and how to get set up with all the extra stuff. He also walked me around the dealership introducing mew to the various departments and I thought that was a class move on his part, because it made me feel welcomed and a part of the Giant Chevy experience.I would like to also say the finance guy Steve was incredible, very clear and explained everything to me with patience-as this was a big purchase and Steve made me feel very good about this buying experience.And the receptionist Jasmine was wonderful, really made me feel welcome.Overall I cant say enough about my experience with Giant Chevrolet of Visalia, I feel very confident that I will always take the extra trip up north to buy, or get additional work done on my truck because of the friendly and great staff of this dealership! I had my truck towed to the shop for its appointment and called 3 times and talked to 3 different people letting them know that I was going to do it, when it was coming, and when it got there. But the day of the appointment “apparently” no one knew it was there acted like they haven’t seen my truck so I had to go there to find my own truck. No one seemed sorry or acted like they cared that this happened.

I loved everything about the entire experience. Sal, my dealer rep, was amazing! I always go to him and he always tells me how it is! Never hiding anything and always truthful! The only issue I have is I paid $58,000 for my truck that I can’t use the entire speedometer. It’s marked at 140-145 MPH and I can’t even utilize my entire speedometer that I paid for… I can only use 2 thirds of my speedometer which almost caused an accident!

It was a little bit of a wait to drop my car off because it was before a holiday weekend and the systems were so slow. I could see the tablets trying to connect but the little circle was just going round and round. All the employees were professional and courteous. Rides were offered if needed. My car was ready within the time frame they gave me. When I went to pick up my car they had an offer for a month of free OnStar which Tina helped me get started. My interactions were with Aron, Javier and Tina. They were all really nice. Nobody likes having to go to get their cars worked on but having great employees to deal with makes it a more pleasant experience.

This was absolutely the most incredible experience I have ever had at a dealership. Giant Chevrolet was professional and really listened to our needs. Tito was able to point us to the right vehicle for our family at the absolute right price. The purchase was painless and the contract signing was done quickly and without fuss. We even received a tour of the dealership so that we know where to go in the future. There was not one thing I would change about this experience. I just wish I had always shopped at Giant. Our last vehicle purchase was over 12 years ago and it made me swear off of dealerships all together. Giant Chevrolet has helped change my mind. We will never shop anywhere else.

Everyone is working hard and their efforts and attentiveness are appreciated. As I would imagine is the case for most people, car problems are usually unforeseen. I feel very lucky that I had $600 to spend on this service, as that would not always be the case. While I am thankful this particular service was resolved, my AC is still not blowing cold air and my oil still needs to be changed. From my first brand new car purchase in 2006 of a Cadillac CTS, to now bringing my Chevy Sonic in for service, I would appreciate that when my car is in need of several services, one might be deeply discounted. I have spent a lot of money at Giant Chevrolet throughout the years, and I think my loyalty could be better appreciated by helping me save more money when several services are required. I cannot complain about the people, the people are great, but the prices for a long time customer could be a lot more reasonable.

Only had my car a week after I drove it off the lot and the check engine light came on the day we were supposed to check into our hotel room and start our vacation. I dropped my car off early in the morning, praying they would have it done ASAP! They called a few hours later telling me what the issue was and how it was good to go! Warranty covered everything and we were so glad it didnt ruin our trip! Service and communication were amazing! We even had a follow up call making sure we were satisfied with our service!

Talked to a sales men there about a vehicle they had in stock and I was going to be trading in my vehicle he told me to fill out a Preapproval application even though I was already approved by a bank he said he just needed it together all my information I had specifically told him not to run my credit and he agreed not to run it and he also had texted me saying they were not going to run my credit comes to find out I get a notification saying they had ran my credit without me giving them permission to run it they ran my credit and also my wife’s careful when they have you fill out something online make sure they don’t run your credit even tho you tell them no

Every time we take our truck there we always have a issue once we receive the vehicle back. It’s always something with this place! Guys do a rush of a job and yet keep your vehicle alllllll day even though you have an appointment. It’s ridiculous!!!! We have had better service elsewhere. It’s sad to say but true. Got an email saying you all gave me a free carfax. Looked up the repairs cost through carfax for what you guys did and it shows the estimated costs should have been around $275-310. $591.28 is a ridiculous mark up.Update: Called the dealerships approximately 30 minutes after you posted your reply. The lady that answered stated that you were off that day. She took my name and number for you to call me back. It’s been over a week with no call back.

Was not extremely satisfied. I had an appointment at 9:30am and had to call to check status on my vehicle towards the end of the day. Then I had to bring it to the gentleman’s attention that some of the work should be covered under warranty and then he looked it up. That should be a standard check in your process. Better expectations set for the customer around timing.

Mediocre mechanics and costumer service representatives that will lie left and right just to get the costumer out of the office. Giant Chevrolet of Visalia ruined my transmission after replacing the fluid. I took it back after experiencing shifting delays after the fluid was replaced. Then I was told the fluid filter came off and was found on the pan, they had no idea how that could have happened. They then replaced the fluid again, supposedly.They didnt, I had low fluid level indicator at dipstick, and shifting issues continued, fluid color looked burnt. I was left with no transmission after a simple fluid change thanks to their carelessness.

Broke down traveling from Nevada to California. They were able to get us a rental car when all rental cars were booked in the area. So we could continue to Sacramento to visit our grand son. Fixed the truck that got us back to Nevada. Repairs were less then their extimate for repairs You can not ask for more then that.
