While I have never used their Pawn services, I have processed several firearms through them that I purchased from out of state. They are super friendly and knowledgeable and always make sure to make sure you are aware of when you can pick up and when the last day to pick up is. Wish they were open a bit later but I can work around that considering their service and just what a great group of people that work there. I think my next purchase will be something directly through them so they can earn some money off me instead of my money going directly to the DOJ. Keep up the great work!!!!

Best pawn shop ever. The staff are nice, friendly, always knowledgeable about there products. It’s the only place I go to buy my guns I was very satisfied I recommend my best mates to go there now that’s there number one spot to get guns aswell.

After years and years of good service and conversations with staff I lost over $1000 worth of electronics because over years was told by owner 10 day grace period after final date listed on green slip (very bottom due date) years of this grace period was allowed and I have used in past and today told no that is not true we sold your items, upset and disappointed doesnt begin to describe this. If this not corrected very shameful way to conduct business and disgusted after so many years of being a loyal customer to now get his treatment. No notices of change in rule or of due went in 2/27/19 had due date of 2/20/2019 10 day grace period would allow until 3/1/2019......spoke with owner whom advised of 10 day grace period and confirmed if I wouldve called he couldve held the item, told him i followed his policy as previously done and told, his response, IM sorry you basically got screwed on this deal, this clearly admits guilt and in the wrong guess will just have to file small claims and BBB complaint.

I was pleasantly surprised for my visit with Best Jewelry and Loan Inc. The store was clean and inviting, and the service was great. Brian was knowledgeable and a gentlemen. I felt safe and assured that the items I left were well taken care of!

Pretty bad pawn shop I called about whether they do pawns for certain items and he said of course I hurry to make it before close and said yeah I wouldn’t be interested. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Very unfriendly staff. Small shop very hard to go unnoticed when walking in and not one word was said to me asking if I needed assistance any of the times I went to the store. Would not recommended.

Talked with Rich the owner. Both he and a couple of the employees were friendly, courteous and helpful. Very fair. Plan to return in the future.

I went here to purchase some jewelries and what impressed me is their attention to detail and knowledge about their products. I can tell that they definitely know a lot about jewelries.

Used guns price was just the same as a new one but they are the cheapest to dross a firearm if you order one online threw buds guns, transfers, etc

Worse place, for Spanish-speaking Latinos, buy a gun, and pay for the record check, And they lost the paperwork, And they wanted to charge me again for the check, I tell them I dont want anything and they charged me 15% for not wanting The gun paid $ 180 for something that comes back.
