They all did such a good job. I came in late in the evening and I was able to walk in, get my eye exam, and get my frames, yay! I felt catered to and taken care of. I got such a great deal and Delia, Elvis, Ariel, Clementina and Jason all went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience.

Just went in to get my eyeglasses adjusted after accidentally stepping on them. They did a GREAT job! This was the first time I have ever set foot in this business and I noticed its not your typical optometry office. I felt like I was buying a Tesla all over again (desks with stools and very intimate customer service in front of a seller). That said, I was a little lost when I first arrived. There was no one to greet people coming in, but that was understandable because everyone was busy... so I just took a seat. My recommendation would be to have clearer signage... however, I presume most of your customers have already been there at least once and wont make my mistake, nor will I ever again. It wasnt until I saw a new customer come in and step in front of a desk in the far back that I realized I was in the wrong place. Anyhow, they have outstanding customer service and are the only place that didnt charge me for an adjustment. They were also able to get me in the same day! Im definitely taking my business here.

Really hoped Id get the experience shared by other reviews here. Yelp reviews seem more accurate now. Booked eye exam for 9:10. Filling out paperwork at 9:08, they email me saying I changed my own appointment to 9:25. Ok, not that bad I say whatever. Five minutes go by and I get another email pushing it back to 9:45. What was the point of booking a time? At that point I asked for my paperwork back and walked out. The eye exam section looked dirty and old, doors in need of paint. According to Yelp, theres not even a real optometrist on site, only outsourced virtual ones. I was excited to be taken care of like in the reviews here. Maybe its nicer if you get past the exam. They lost a customer instead.

I went in for an eye exam yesterday for contacts. Scheduling an appointment online was easy & they had pretty much all-day open, so my last minute booking was actually not a problem for me. I’ve been to this Stanton Optical a few times before in the past and they’ve always been good to me!I was able to get checked-in and examined so quickly. The workers were nice, especially Delia! She made sure I got everything I needed done in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Great customer service here!! I’ll be back.

Delia is fantastic, I came in to Stanton optical very upset. Right away Delia took care of my issues, she didn’t hesitate to make sure all my needs where meant. She did it all with a smile behind her mask. I appreciate all her help. Her customer service was absolutely professional and very much customer oriented.

Quick and easy, staff makes sure youre attended and are helpful with everything you ask on lenses, frames and more. This is my second visit and so far they have went above and beyond to have my lenses as soon as possible. My first time I was able to get them brand new in literally 30 minutes after my appointment. Highly recommend

My contact prescription was wrong and completely different than my last one. They didnt even have a doctor in person to do the exam. Instead it was a virtual visit where the doctor was on a TV and did everything remotely. I did not feel like the exam was thorough. Also they said that I would get a trial pair of contacts included in the exam price. However, when I finished the exam, they said I had to purchase something to get the trial. I didnt buy glasses or contacts from them thankfully. I went to a second doctor and she gave me the correct prescription.

This office was so clean and nice! For being my first time I was really impressed. The staff was really welcoming and attentive! One of the associates her name was Lyris, was really helpful to where she helped me find the best glasses that looked good and explained my vision results thoroughly. I’ve never had glasses before so she really helped me understand it all. Thank you Lyris!

Exam was quick and the young man who helped me was very pleasant! The sign outside “2 for $59.95” is deceiving, cause those glasses are really cheap and there are all kinds of extra features that will probably need to be added! But really, any eye doctors office would cost the same! All in all, a good experience!

I previously shared my extreme disappointment with this company and they responded. However they did not get my point. My order was ready super fast. People were good to work with. It was way more expensive than I anticipated and I was never notified of my order being ready. I had to call to find out the status and was told it had been ready for over 2 weeks. Thats unacceptable customer service. They have all my contact information and never let me know my order was ready. Im also not a fan of the phone service. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and not recommending them to anyone.

I am supremely unimpressed on nearly all levels. I took my daughter to get glasses. They had a promotion of two frames for $59, the exam was included. I understand that is the low cost option for frames. When I went to purchase the glasses, the prescription itself was $150. I was unprepared for that, but I was fine with it. The sales rep told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before the glasses would be ready. Again, I figured we can wait, no big deal. Today, on a whim, I called to find out the status. I was informed that the glasses had been ready for pick up for over two weeks. I received no notification whatsoever. They have all my contact information. My phone number, my email address, my physical and PO box addresses. I received no notification. I will never go there again, nor will I ever recommend these people. The only two positives are 1) the fact we get two pair of glasses for the price of one; and 2) the turnaround time was way better than anticipated. Customer service and follow up are severely lacking with this company (Visalia, California).

This was my first time getting glasses and the experience went very smoothly. The entire staff was very friendly, and helpful. With a pretty good selection of glasses to choose from as well. A special thanks to Delia who was our contact person and walked me through the whole process and explaining every step along the way. I will definitely be back for my next pair of grasses.

Miriam is amazing. She is so knowledgeable. Super nice, happy, and says she loves her job, and it shows. Her personality and attentiveness made me feel so comfortable. I wasnt sure I would return to Stanton, but after she helped me, now I know I will.

I was referred here by my insurance in network services, called & verified insurance with this location, then made an appointment. That was the only good part.My husband took our two boys, they stated they both need classes then told them to pick frames, when he told them he just wanted tbe prescription to fill elsewhere he was told then we’ed have to pay $95 for each exam or fill prescription there. Then while on the phone with me they claim they don’t take our insurance so he was going to have to pay for everything anyway. The women that was first assisting them just walked away and started helping someone else not even trying to help fix the situation. While on the phone with them, while at my job, I called the insurance company 3 way and verified again they did take it. My 17 year old had to stop a man & ask for help because no one else would. Another women finally got on the phone & was able to confirm insurance. I was at my job doing theirs. Someone missed up & no one attempted to fix it until I did 40 minutes later.It was unorganized & staff was extremely unhelpful.Don’t recommend this place nor will we be returning.

Miriam help me right away In Was really helpful in super kind, she answered all my questions! This place easily get pack since they do take walks in but the waiting is sometime can be fast. It’s super clean.. The reason why I gave it a four stars because they don’t have a lot of Option of glasses that are now trending. I got a pair of glasses that I kind of like. I had a lot of mix feelings but eventually I got use to it. But I did went in got a another pair of glasses i really like online using my Prescriptions from Stanton optical.

Update: so although I had a great experience in person while purchasing new pair of glasses I gotta say their customer service when it comes to updating their customers about our orders is kind of whack..I had a special order that needed to be sent out and they never sent it our or called me to let me know they were ready to be picked up. My frames were sitting at their store for 2 whole weeks, definitely a waste of time. SmhSuper Satisfied with the customer service. I went to Stanton optical a couple days ago. Everyone there is so nice and the store is very organized and well put together. I did not make an appointment but Miriam was the best. She led me in as a “walk in” and I did not wait long to have a eye exam and pick out two new pairs of glasses. I was having a hard time figuring out which glasses i wanted to Miriam went out of her way to find glasses that were circular frames and similar ones to my old ones that she thought i would enjoy. Well she was right, beacuse i picked two of the options that she picked out to take home. I also don’t live very close since i attended college and she was very sweet about sending my second pair of glasses to me up at college. She was the best. Service was way better than i could have expected.

Hoping to give this place no stars. They were awful. The employee aggressively bullied my 20-year-old daughter into buying some glasses that shes not even sure she will like. He was short tempered and rude and did I say....aggressive. She came home crying. Is that the kind of customer service you want to support, Stanton Optical? Eye exam was super slow also and they ignored her for over 30 minutes after she signed in. Ill update this review if we get the glasses, dont like them and Stanton remedies this. But really? Never ever going there again and will not recommend to anyone. Worst customer service experience ever.

Honestly at first I didnt know what to expect from my first visit to Stanton Optical. I had a new pair of Amazon Echo Frames that needed a prescription. The lady that helped us was very kind and helpful which I believe goes a long way in a business. At first, the price was very high for a prescription, but she helped and lowered the cost a bit for us. The whole process was quick and easy for something they had not done before. I would definitely go here again in the future.
