I can see why they have such low reviews, the lady running the front was beyond rude. Ill be honest, I didnt feel safe giving them my social to do a live scan, the vibes she gave off were beyond shady. Now I know where to look if my info gets stolen. I stand by what I said, I will not fix the review to your liking when you are the one running a place were customers feel uncomfortable giving you their personal info.

Will not take your items at.USPS price they add additional fees to your package. Owner said its my store and my prices. I left will go to USPS at 9am. No thank you Garbage Package Depot

Came here to do a Live Scan for the DMV. The DMV website said it was $25 for the service, but when you go in the price was actually $57. FYI, I was told the price varies depending on the service you need, so Id call ahead to verify how much you need to bring. Otherwise, its a quick service. Pre-fill the form, theyll take you to the back to scan each finger to go to the DoJ database. Place is pretty clean. Overall, Id go for their services again.

This package Depot Is Unprofessional.I came in for an item return and got nothing but attitude from every employee in the building. They wanted to charge a 2$ fee for return label.Including the Manager Jimmy. Who continued to argue with me then procede to touch my phone when talking.All for a package return!! Wow!He threatened me with contacting the courts? Really because I refuse to pay 2$ for a return label!What a joke this place is. Completely rude and would not suggest anyone to use this depot!Might as well go to FedEx Or UPS themselves!

I love this place! They’re always so nice to me and whoever is in there as well! I don’t know what people are talking about in reviews but I highly doubt a man who runs a business is going to go out of his way to be rude to customers...and so what if he charges $1 for prints. Print it at home if it’s trouble. He has to make money at his place if business. Anyways, everyone’s super friendly even explain how to do everything to me and are so helpful! If you’re rude to people or talk down to them though, of course they will not put up with it I hope!

This is called package depot so you would think you can drop off packages here, no. You are NOT allowed to drop off more then 2 packages and you are NOT allowed to drop off large packages. And they are not nice about it. I called Fed Ex and reported that they will decline package.

I have used this place before with no issue for dropping off ups packages. I have always asked for a receipt, obviously for proof it was left. The gentleman behind the counter explained I did not need a receipt because it scans to the UPS site. I told him I would still like a receipt as proof of me dropping it off, and he got upset about it. I told him I could drop the package off elsewhere if printing a receipt was too difficult. His response was “you should probably do that since you’re making this hard”.If the guy can’t print a receipt, should probably find someone more competent.

Older man at the desk is rude and condescending so be prepared to be lectured about why he wont look for your package despite notifications that it was delivered the day before. Package postage clearly states that it arrived on time. Its good that this location is here to serve the surrounding neighborhoods but this mans attitude needs adjusting.

I go there for all the business needs of my company. I think this place has perfectly fine service, and I believe a lot of the messages below are very hateful. They say things such as this guy must be from the Middle East, and other things that make it seem like they simply wanted to write a bad message because THEY have a problem!

The managers of this business are extremely desperate for money . They will say or do anything for you to keep your mailbox open. I was working in the area temporarily and open a mailbox, after finishing my assignment and moving away from the area the manager continue to call me and say I have mail. I had given notice I was closing the mailbox. After paying one time and having the mail forwarded to me, it was nothing but junk mail. During the phone call the manager kept insisting on my credit card number to bill me. The manager continues to call and threaten me saying I must pay because my mail is going there. I recently received a second phone call demanding payment to forward mail. During my several phone conversations with the manager he is very rude and will not let me interject in the conversation. I am currently in the process of writing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. My advice go somewhere else and save your headaches.

I have never had an issue with this location. The gentleman has been polite and handled my UPS package needs without an issue. However, I am not looking for a personal exchange. I just need to mail a package, so my expectations on how friendly someone is or is not is not part of the equation.

I go there often because I order everything online these days and UPS reroutes it to them when Im at work. Some of the comments below are just absurd, like there race, rudeness etc. Im just there to pick up my package lol, and they do that very well, in and out no fuss. Thank you

I read the reviews, not good, but decided to give them a try anyway. Not professional or courteous at all!!! I got there shortly after they opened, only one there and the clerk stood in the back and just looked at me! Finally she said if I had packages to drop off to just leave them. Wasnt going to happen and I needed to pay for one. She did finally come to the counter, picked up the one to be dropped off and tossed it on the counter behind her. I asked for a receipt, she said no. I said I need something to verify I returned the package so she gave me a tracking # after quite the attitude. Then when she took the package I needed to pay for, it took at least 5 minutes for her to come up with the fact the cheapest way was priority mail through the post office. She told me $23.00, I said no thanks, Ill take it to the post office. I did and it cost me $11.00!! Will not use them again! I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the bad reviews are justified. If I could give it a zero star, I would.

My answer to the owners response is, yes I was late. I was in the hospital because I had a stroke and my recovery has been slow. I paid the late charges. Lol, what does God have to do with this? Nothing. You are indifferent to your customers and rude. You need to hear this because you are obstinate and too stubborn to see your true business behavior. Once I said to you, Smile and have a nice day!🙂and you responded loud and mean n said, I dont appreciate anyone telling me to smile. This is a business. Pay and leave! Why is this business still open? UPS has mailboxes to rent and many storage places do to. Take your business to a place that is happy to have you as a customer.

This place does not even deserve to have a star! Went in to see how much they would charge me to print 7 pages. Each page was a dollar when the library only charges 10 cents per page!!! This place is a joke and a rip off! Don’t come here if you want to have a good day.

This place is absolutely a rip off!! I collect and trade baseball/football memorabilia. I ship 5-7 items a month & everytime I leave this store, I feel like the service is subpar and the owner is a bald crook!!! To send a small stack of cards to Alabama cost me $29 !!?🙄🤯.. so I went to the regular post office.. the same weight, with extra insurance was $13. So by using his service.. the customers pays more in “EXTRA FEES” ($16)+($13)=$29 than it costs to ship it USPS ($13) I will never use this business again

OMG I wish I had read the reviews before I went in. The Bald Old guy I guess is the owner, was rude/obnoxious/arrogant and was treating customers ahead of me in the way, I should have walked out. But my turn came after a while and few minutes later he threw my live scan papers at me with smart A** remark to go to court house and do it there. All I said was, that please add the number on the application, so it won’t get to another department. In return the answer was quote I know my business, I do it every day and do not tell me to do my job. Dude get some customer service classes rather than putting some God-fearing rings on your fingers. You reallyyyyy! need to be shut down or UPS and other companies should cancel his license.NEVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAYS.

I went in to get a live scan done and witnessed the worst customer service by the owner.After the customer left he continued to talk bad about her, to me, and was even getting snippy with me.Luckily, I had already paid for the service unless I’d take my business elsewhere.The lady at the counter wasn’t any better with her very nasty attitude and resistance to help people out with a decent attitude.

DO NOT GO THERE, We got a box for 3 months, After our 3 Months were over we asked the store to close out our box because we dont need it any more. The person on the phone was very rude and used profanity. They will keep calling you to ask for more money for the box. Please save your time and trouble and go somewhere else.

Don’t waste your time with this business I sell stuff online it was close to my house so I would have my daughter drop off packages everyone from the older gentleman to the girls that work there are rude almost every customer complains there is something wrong with there order stuff was broken one lady said the package looked like someone hit it with a hammer I thought it was just bad luck until I sent my daughter to drop off a few packages and the older gentleman told my daughter don’t bring your packages here You give attitude my daughter said give me my packages he said no they are scanned already oh and by attitude he ment because she would ask for a recite i hope nothing was broken this time.

The owner is extremely rude to the point of getting in your face and yelling if he disagrees with anything! The customer service is not polite except occasionally the girls that assist you, can be friendly. Usually, its an uncaring, cold atmosphere. Do your business elsewhere; this place needs to close down already!

The owner was unfriendly, rude and complained about my request to simply tape a FEDERAL EXPRESS mailer to the envelope.. Afterwards he reluctantly taped it however when I asked him to please give me a receipt for the mailing,, he explained nothing is for free! the rent is $$$$.$$ (I respected him to not publish the amount of rent hes paying at The Package Depot to the public. Incredible bad experience . Recently, I traveled to the the FED EX location 5 miles away on Mooney Blvd. A young wonderful, kind, professional gentleman named Anthony This guy took care of MY REQUEST with PROFESSIONALISM along with a courteous happy smile which indeed was much was appreciated. Man what was the owner of the Package Depot thinking??? My recommendation is try another drop off store for FED-X, UPS and ETC.OR ANY OF YOUR MAILING NEEDS. If I conducted my business like that I would have been out of business many years ago!! I hope this has helped to warn people NOT to go to this Package Depot at Marys Vineyard Shopping Center This owner looked like he was from the middle east!
