Always great service

Wonderful customer service. We have our cars wrapped by them and our signs done by them. They print our newsletters and get everything back to us quickly with a great price. They are friendly and responsive and we enjoying working with them!

Left my car for a spoiler and trunk wrap and did pretty good on the trunk but on the spoiler, one side wasn’t completely wrapped and had a few bubbles and had new scratches on the carbon fiber part. When I got home, noticed my carbon fiber lip was off on one side and other side had a big scratch and looked like it scraped against cement. Of course they denied hitting something so can’t really do anything. Very bad experience. Now have to spend more money to repair the carbon fiber.

I have been contacting them for 4 days trying to get a quote. NO ONE WILL HELP!!! I have been told time and time again that they are working on it and they will call me in just a few minutes. But then they never do, to make matters worse i will call 3 to 4 times a day and they never know who i am or why i am calling. I have to re-explain what i need over and over until somebody finally remembers..... Seems to me like you would be doing everything possible to get my business. But after this horrible level of customer service from yenny and Christina. I dont think they deserve it.
