They are indifferent. They are actually in line with far too many Costco employees. No customer service! They act like youre LUCKY to be able to shop there. The pharmacy has been cold in their manner. If theyre overworked, Hire more people!!

I think they all pretty awesome... I used to have issues with another pharmacy regarding being out of stock on items but not with Costco...🤞🏻

Jesse is the BEST pharmacy tech!! He goes out of his way to help and provide the best patient care. He treats me with respect and is very resourceful when it came to my prescription not being covered by my insurance.

It takes a very long time for prescriptions to be filled.

I do appreciate the lower price that I pay at Costco pharmacy for my pets medication. My main complaint is the lack of adequate staff during peak hours such as around lunchtime, early evening and weekend. I try to avoid these times if at all possible because there is no way Im going to get in & out of the pharmacy in under 45 minutes... and that is when the prescription is ready to pick up. If it is not called in the day before then youre better off going somewhere else. Especially if youre like me and have difficulty standing or sitting for more than 30 minutes or so.

I have been to pharmacys and some are ok some are good and the some are very bad. Costco pharmacy is very bad when it comes to serving the public. The lines for those waiting to get their medicine is ridiculous. Sometimes you have maybe two people to help while the rest is on break. Whoever the manager is should be ashamed to make people wait that long in line. Apparently he does not know how to manage this department or his people. None of the other Costcos are this bad. Come on get it together.

I love shopping at Costco. However, my experience with the pharmacy is a whole different experience. Costco is on my Mom’s new pharmacy plan, and I was excited to switch thinking my same experience shopping in the store would comply with the pharmacy. Anything but the case. Every time I have had to pick up a prescription for my Mom, there was a problem or it wasn’t ready. They have no empathy and are cold when it comes to their interactions. In the past, I have been used to pharmacists who were kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, and cared to know me by name. I miss those days, and am saddened that my experience with the Visalia pharmacy has been far less than I had anticipated.

I dont recommend going through the Costco Pharmacy at all. They will just give you a big run around on your precipitation(s) that need to be filled & they dont fill all medications so youd have to have your precipitation(s) transferred but once you try to get a transfer they say they dont have anything on file for you & then theyll give you this nonsense about how if you wouldnt buy a bottle of the medication(s) from the store it self then they shred up your file, leaving you stuck to pay for another doctors visit to have them resend your precipitation(s) else where. WHY SHOULD I PAY FULL PRICE ON MEDICATION THAT WAS PRESCRIBED TO ME & MY INSURANCE HELPS COVER?! I dont see the point on Costco even having a Pharmacy since there the only Pharmacy that doesnt fill all precipitation(s) & to top it off the pharmacist lies about medication not having any side effects. (Ive had 5 complications with the antibiotic that I was prescribed & they were all side effect related noted by both the emergency doctor, as well as my primary doctor!!!)

If you need prescription in a timely manner dont go to Costco
