The best Burger is found here although there was a long long queue waiting but the wait was worth it. I will look for a chance to experience the yummy taste again. Kudos In-N-Out and all the staff working behind the scenes to bring out the best burgers. Despite how busy it was here, service was prompt and friendly. My burger was the best Ive had in a long time. I live in Joplin Missouri. Please In and Out! You need to open up there!
Never go to In and Out!... the lines are ridiculous. And even though they think they have a system worked out... its not the case... but on this visit... in-between rush hours... we ordered 2 meals and a couple extra cheese burgers (for later)... well worth the trip.... every burger you get is just like the 1st one you ever had... great job to the staff.. imagine what they go through everyday and night.
Although staff was friendly.. They got our order wrong twice in a row. Didnt go back to get it fix it.. Food is great !!! Yet they cant get the order right!!
In-N-Out Burger wasnt so bad. Although the line may look long, the speed of the service was great. The people were super nice and the food was even more tasty. The burgers are better quality compared to the cheeseburgers of McDonalds and Burger King. I prefer grilled onions on them which they did offer and made it a little better.The fries, getting them animal style was pretty good. The fries itself were a little bit stale but I still enjoyed them. Just dont let them get cold😅. Its just cheese fries with onions and there spread. Their vanilla shake was delicious. Overall everything was alright. It wasnt too bad and I would come back for a decent bite to eat. I would not do anything too crazy as getting a 3x3 with Animal Style Fries and a shake but something more simple for sure. Make sure to get their spread if you are really into their sauce at the last window in the drive through😁. Cant wait to try Whataburger to see how it stacks up.
The line always sucks but its worth the wait for the food. I love their fries and the quality of their burgers. Pro tip: try asking for your fries extra crispy if you like a little more crunch. So good!
I have always enjoyed the simplicity of their menu and the consistency at every location but this last time that we were there was a total disappointment. I specifically asked for a protein-style cheeseburger WITHOUT tomato. Not only did they add tomato but as I was removing it I noticed a nasty hair!!! Total appetite killer 🤢

Do I heard that this is the West coast go to spot for fast food burgers and fries. First thing the lines on drive thru are always crazy to insane. I went twice and was long 20-50 cars deep. Now the food, prices great, people super nice, presentation great. Burgers salty, fries were lukewarm to cold. For a place that must have to keep the food moving and fresh it was lack lustre. So 4 stars for speed, presentation and customer excellence. Work on the hot food and ez on the salt. If I want more salt I can add it.

The one restaurant where you can go and receive consistency. Consistent amazing service, quality hot food, sit at a clean table, use a well stocked and clean restroom and not have to see trash all over the parking lot like most every other business.

This is our go to fast food.we ordered the double cheese burgers and fries for all and double burgers when you see a pic of a burger thats what you get a beautiful looking burger always fresh .never disappointed. We have them boxed for home .and sit and enjoy .excellent service and excellent product .

Wow, I just learned something new at in and out by accident last night. I ordered like I usually do, number 2 with grilled onions and a pink lemonade. Paid for my food. When I went to pick it up, I guess the gentleman handing me my food misheard me asking for napkins and asked if I wanted peppers. I agreed. This was such a great accident. These peppers were very hot and I loved them. Not sure what kind they were, looked like ghost peppers, but they were perfect with my burger.

As a child this spot was my favorite spot to eat, their food was always the best. It has been yrs. since i ate here. Today i went, my burger was definetly the way i remember it but my fries were stone cold they tasted as if they were still frozen. When i got home i had to recook them for me and my family to enjoy them. This is not the way they use to do their food.
I love love love In-N-Out. This was the first bad experience ever. We ordered two fries and a shake. Got the shake right away but had to wait AN HOUR for two fries (1 Regular + 1 Animal Style)!! I kept going up to ask and nobody would do anything! We called the company and they told the manager what happened. Not even an apology.

Cars wrapped around the building, no one in line on the inside. Lots of people in is town are willing to wait an hour for a burger or cup of coffee rather than park and go in.
Hadnt eaten there for years. Took my boy there and once we got thru the crazy long line the food was great. My boy liked how they made the food ready to pick up and eat right out of the drive thru window. Staff were very courteous and kind.

Animal style, protein style double doubles are a life raft of pleasing flavor and nourishment. If you want to drive thru, set aside a lot of time and patience as it is frighteningly popular. Be careful to find the end of the line which wraps around the parking lot. If you go in to order and pick up it will be so much faster.
They do an awesome job. This is the only place I actually rather go in. And they have fantastic customer service.

They didnt get my order correct after waiting a long time inside. They werent even busy yet the facility was dirty and the staff sluggish. I was disappointed in the sandwich on this visit for sure!

I was totally craving a burger and they didnt disappoint. The drive thru line was super long. My fiance walked in while I when to the drive thru and he said no one was inside so I got out of the drive thru line and had our door within 10 minutes!! Freshly made and amazing as always!!

My Goodness what can I say about In N Out that hasnt already been said a thousand times over! Its the best burger in town! Its price range is as good as it can get for quality food! You pay more at other places getting way less quality items, youre better off waiting in the huge line for the drive thru here then going somewhere else and spending more. Oh good tip here! If you like a little kick to your burger add peppers to it! Theyll put on some wax peppers that turns your already delicious burger into a flavor overload. Super fast, Super friendly service as always! I always go for the double double animal style add peppers and well done fries. Its the greatest!

Of course, in and out is the best burger joint with 3 combos and a hidden secret knock menu. This restaurant was good on customer service, our cashier was on her first day and did a great job with a $60 dollar order. Honestly though, Ive never been a fan of in n out but I appreciate the hard work all the front line workers have committed themselves toward. Also, whataburger is still the better burgers.

Them thin meat patties are the cheapest cows milk cows that are old and cant give the dairy men enough milk to pay to feed them in and out buys those old milk cows and makes patties

In-N-Out Visalia: Same great burgers and shakes that can be found at any other In-N-Out franchise. Fries didnt taste as good though. Wait time was crazy: 20ish+ cars in the drive thru and 10+ people in line inside.

This was a good location. Out of the way so there wasnt much people there were a lot of employees so the order is very quick. No dine-in but you can outside.
Animal Style!The drive through line is long to point of disbelief, and the reason is because the food is great. Skip the long drive-through line, walk inside and get nearly immediate service. The inside is open and very rarely has a line now days. The staff is always happy and always friendly. In-N-Out kills it. Ive never had a bad experience in nearly 30 years of enjoying their fresh burgers and fries. The only draw back is they have very few locations.
