Going to really miss this place. The history of toys r us is amazing. Wish people would of shopped here more instead of Wal-Mart. Yeah it might be a few dollars more but you pay for the experience & joy. Now i can never look at a baby giraffe the same. R.I.P!

Love the lady who does the birthday readings, shes amazing but I dislike how they stopped giving out the Geoffrey stuffed animal & the birthday book. They dont offer most of the stuff the other ToysRUs do but its the only one near by so it makes do. Definitely not a place to go shopping on Black Friday!

All I have to say is the worse costumer service ever. I went there last night after i purchased an item online. I should have just went in the store and looked for it myself it probably would have been quicker. The cashier was horrible. I have been at this location before and the costumer service was bad but then I said let me give it another try but I will never go back to that location again. I live in Delano and I enjoy going to Visalia for my shopping but when it comes to this location I will go to Bakersfield from now on.

Custodial crew is already gone, apparently. Shelves are randomly stocked. And discounts are mostly 5 or 10%. Perhaps better bargains lie ahead. Perhaps the new hires will clean up some. (Yes, they are advertising for new employees to apply.) Perhaps they are ambivalent about closing. But the promise of 30% discounts IS accompanied in small type size saying up to that level of reduction. So, if nostalgia prompts you to make one last visit, either wait for greater discounts, or just remember the store they used to be as fondly as you can.

Glad its closing down! Speaking only from a collectors perspective, this store sucks. The employees take the good toys for themselves and sell them on the side instead of letting the customer get it.

Ahhhhh, toys r us. Soon to be a Halloween store this October. We had a good run. I always enjoyed the easily confused teenagers that worked within your sacred walls. Why was the parking lot always full of trash? I never understood that. Oh well. If Jeffrey needs a place to stay, let me know. I have really high cielings.

They have the best selection of toys in town. the aisles are clean.. team members are helpful especially Cindy!.

Went for the Destiny megablok sets, good selection, also great lego selection, store was very dead, I think maybe 2 people working, no other customers as well. Not a bad place to go see the toys you want in person, hen order from Amazon, usually a better deal, but if you want the toys now they are not a bad place to as and no long lines.

This is a dismal shopping experience, there is hardly any staff available to help. The selection of toys are always the same, they never seem to update their stock or are unaware of whats is going on in the toy world. The silver lining is, the price matching on video games and you will always find a parking.

TERRIBLE INCOMPETENT COMPANY! Sexual harassment happens at this establishment on a daily basis. I have first hand accounts from female employees experiencing sexual harassment and abuse during their shifts. Male managers will be secretly stalking female employees AND customers commenting on their physique. PLEASE be careful and especially with your children entering this shameful, disgusting, perverted store.

I have come to the store before and I thought they had good customers service and always give them for stars after this last purchase i have bad experience I returned to defective items to the store did not take it well for the return they questioned me over and over more than six times not just one employee 2 employees its frustrating I was already I have original box and original purchase receipt after giving them my driving licence what it got me more upset the customer in front of me they did not ask him it all these questions they did not give him a hard time it was obviously they profile me yes I get that alot so much for ToysRUs policy no questions asked bring your stuff back

Well its obvious why this place is closing. Very over priced even with their discount. Cant blame the president for this place closing because this is their fault

Too bad store is closing. I still dont wanna grow up! But there are no more Toys R Us Kids! Their going out of business clearance is nothing to stand in line for-10% at best. Now they are only a couple bucks more than Target.

I took my son there for a reward after he won an academic achievement. He bought a Roblox gift card. Unfortunately the card is defect, with a few serial numbers missing. We brought the card back, they refuse to exchange but calling Roblox, after waiting for half an hour I was told Roblox closed Sunday, come back for another day.We came back for another days, talked to manager Michele, after my son explained to her, not only refused to exchange or call Roblox, she really rude to my son and though the gift card in front of us to another employee, tried to return for them but I dont think the system work, we closed anyway and walked away.The return is failed and we do not want to waste my time there as well as let my son to expose to more bad behavior we left the store but I feels like I was robbed in the middle of the day.After checking, we now Toy R us is actually closing all stores. I feels bad because that the placed I bought toys for all my kids. But they closed for a reason, if a store manager have bad behavior like that to kids, no one will want their kids there. If a company have a manager like Michele, it is predictable that it will closed due to bankruptcy.

Wow, this place is really getting me so emotional lately. Alot of my favorite childhood memories were possible because of ToysRus. I will admit that lately I have been sneaking over there after a couple of glasses of wine and just ENJOYING MY TIME IN THE STORE . I will miss them as they will ge closing their doors at the end of June.A little teary eyed, I still seem to find my way to the cashier with a basket load of toys. Ya, as a matter of fact I got to go so I can meet my grandpa over there and get lost in time gor the next 2 hours. #grandpa&lizzy

Toys have all been played with. Useless clothing area. Should be isle after isle of toys not clothes.

I cant stand it when companies do fake sale. When you have everything 30% in your windows and adds and once customers get inside theres only a couple of items 30% off. Its no wonder their going out of business!

I always get great customer service when I shop here. There Is just 1 bad thing and set back. They are always out of Shopkins!!!! With Shopkins being so popular right now, you would think they would double or triple their shipping qualities. Not only will it bring more customers to the store, but their profits would sky rocket. Shopkins are so hard to find and toys r us always sales out within hours of placing the shopkins on the shelves. They need to order more when placing the shipment orders so people have a chance to buy them and it also would help with their sales. I never see a full parking lot and I go there at least twice a week so if they take this suggestion, it could have the potential of turning this store completely around for the good!

When I visited my dad in August I went to Toy R Us in September it was a clean store but expensive.
