My sister and I ordered a spray for our brothers funeral. The spray itself was beautiful and well done but the wire stand that it was attached to was not strong enough to support the weight of the spray to prevent it from falling. The wire stand kept bending and almost toppling over. I called Manual Ramirez, the owner of Fresh Cut Florist and told him about this. He said that he delivered the spray and hung around for about 20 minutes and he did not witness this. He refuted by claim saying that the stand was made of metal and wouldnt bend. Well, metal or wire, it did bend. I was not the only one that saw this spray almost fall. He needs to take a class in customer service if he wants customers to return. The young lady who took our order was very nice and helpful but her boss certainly wasnt. I will never buy from this shop again and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

When gettin from a florist you expect the best and real!! Definitely took advantage of my husband and put fake leaves around the arrangement and used tape!! PAYING ALOT OF MONEY FOR FAKE AD ONS AND TAPE TO HOLD IT TOGETHER IS A DAMN SHAME!! Orchids are supposed to be loved, let alone all flowers but orchids are delicate and shouldn’t have been taped like a cheap arrangement!! Would definitely not recommend unless you want tape all over your arrangement !

Ive known of this place for a while, my friend buys flowers here and flowers are very big and fragrant. I received flowers from them last year and they were beautiful. Today on my walk I went in and the owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave excellent tip on how to keep my flowers lasting longer. Will definitely visit again!

We ordered the number 13 for a Birthday from Arizona and the flower arrangement was great and at a great price. Worth every penny of it. Talked to Manuel about what I wanted and he did not disappoint. Recommend this place to every one.

Ive been going to them for years. Customer service is always great and the flowers are beautiful! The woman who helped me today saw that I had my hands full with my baby and daughter and so she helped me carry my small bunch of flowers out and loaded them into my car.

Horrible experience. Called to figure out wholesale pricing and the lady over the phone was extremely rude. I asked for a couple dozens and estimates and she gave me exhuberant prices and then proceeded to say she wasnt guaranteeing she had any Cus I wasnt her customer and quite frankly she didnt need any new ones. I then let her know she was being very rude and that she wasnt gaining any with that attitude and she proceeded to say she had more than enough and didnt need my purchase. I understand that her arrangements may be beautiful and gets good reviews but there was no need to be so obnoxious. Definitely not gaining a new customer.

Placed an order of 250$ to be delivered to ivanhoe, I was told that it would be delivered between 1:00 - 5:30 pm gave my payment information to the lady on the phone and she said my card got declined, I asked her to read info back to me and she had put in the wrong information, when she put it in the second time it got denied because of suspicious activity, I called my bank and they sorted everything out, so I called fresh cut back and a different lady answered and I said if they can run my card again and they said that they had already ran it again and it went through so I gave them the address to where the flowers were going to be delivered to and she guaranteed me that is was gonna be delivered by 5:30 pm so I call back at about 4:30 pm to see if my order had been shipped yet, and the owner said that he has no paperwork on my order, I explained to him that I needed this order to be done today and he said that he wasnt gonna be going back to ivanhoe for anymore deliveries, I also explained that this was a 250$ order, he didnt care, I as a customer feel lied to and very disappointed with this place of business, Ive been ordering arrangements for years from this place and to just get brushed off like nothing happened isnt right. So if the owner Manuel sees this I hope you know you lost a customer today, and please dont contact me trying to make things better because you cant undo whats done already, hopefully the next person that does business with you isnt treated how I was today.

Mix feelings on this. The arangment was nice but i think it was 10-25 dollars overpriced. People there are nice and helpfull with yiur needs. For me personally i dont like giving flowers but i would go back for more flowers in the future
