Update: The company has repaired the damage to the window. My mother was able to meet with the owner and work things out.On June 20, 2018, Visalia Window Company came and repaired a broken window in my room. I was away on a business trip. When I came back and opened the shutters to my window, I discovered that four shutters were broken and could no longer function properly. Additionally, the repairer was careless with my property and threw my shoes around. I called the business to make them aware of the situation; however, the business shrugged it off and said, if something is in the way of the repair, then it needs to be moved. We will tell our repairer to be careful next time. My main complaint is that the repairer made no mention to my family that he broke our window shutters. The business was lacking empathy and transparency. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to sort this issue out.
