I have used Visalia Ceramic Tile for many projects. I keep going back to them because I know the quality of work is over the top and I will not be disappointed. My most recent project (Deck/Bathroom) was not any different. Visalia Ceramic Tile is the Best in the business.

We will never be using them again, we made some purchases and they refused to give us a refund on an open package. I called the Manager Marla in hopes that maybe she had some customer service skills but unfortunately she didnt care to lose customers.. BEWARE...... NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY OPEN THE WRONG PACKAGE.

I shopped around and kept coming back to Visalia Ceramic Tile. Their selection of everything was great, and their prices were very good. As you know, picking out tile, the right grout color and the quartz is hard and a bit stressful. I was extremely impressed with the sales staff, especially working with Fernando. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the different products in the store. I want to also point out, he was so patient with me, which I really appreciated. If I remodel another room, I will definitely be back.

Extremely rude customer service! We were being helped with tile when all of a sudden the salesperson was pulled away to help other customers that walked in. My wife and I really felt really embarrassed and disappointed, so we left. As we were leaving the salesperson took down my number and said he would call us back with availability. However we never heard back from anyone!

I came today to see if they have the same tile as mine. They didn’t have it but they tried so hard to find it anywhere in town. That said a lot about them.
