Awesome customer service! I went to check out the new location and though the store was definitely an improvement from the last one. Everyone at the new location seemed very nice and helpful. I definitely will coming back to purchase my next handgun from these guys!

Good knowledge and willing to get what you want if they dont have it. They do have a good selection, and willing to take the time to answer your questions. One of the only two I would recommend.

Sold the wrong kit for my AR 15 but swapped for the right kit no questions asked. Asked the different cost range for building. AR 10 and didnt give much help. Very knowledgable but can be grumpy at times. I am a disabled veteran and wanted to business with the local gun shops.

I came to this shop looking for a striped AR lower. Big bald dude very bad customer service. I asked for something of good quality and affordable. He told me that the two do not go hand in hand. I got bad vibes and decided not to do business at this shop. Too bad, he lost a customer willing to spend some cash$$... Oh yeah the AR lower he had was way over priced. The same one at a different shop in Fresno was nearly half of his asking price. I will never do business here.

Worse customer service i have had in a gun store! Decided to go in to check a price on a pistol i was looking to purchase. I was directed to an older gentleman, i assume was the manager of the store. First thing he says to me is Do you have the cash for it or am i wasting my time looking for this gun?. So he looks it up and comes up with a price, i happen to be on my phone looking at the different models and prices, he sees me on my phone and goes off yelling at me. I didnt even mention anything about the prices. long story short i will never be going back into that store. P.S. this was my second time in there, the first time they ignored me while i was looking, i didnt even get a hello.

I dont know who the other reviewers talked to, but our experience was great, bought to LCRs and taking a CCW class this weekend. they were friendly and helpful to the wife and I.

I believe there closed now but the few times I went there this place is a joke!
