Great service the girls are so nice and kind embroidering my and memory of my late son

They must have been very desperate for employees because the two girls they had working couldn’t answer any questions or even bother make any suggestions on the sales floor. They must not have sales goals here because they did not care to sell anything and let us and another customer just walk out.

I DONT even want to give the store ONE star, because I couldnt even go in!! Very frustrating, I got to the mall about 7:10 pm on a mission to find my son a hat for his baseball game that started at 7:30pm (we seem to have misplaced his original going back and forth from Mom and Dads houses) and I walk in to find the store closed when the mall closes at 9pm. There was a clock sign on the gate saying they would be back at 7:40pm. I walked over to a different sports store in the mall and bought what I needed at 7:17 pm and when I walked back by the store on my way out, they were STILL closed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Staff your store with enough people to keep your doors open and keep business coming in. You lost what could have been a quick, easy sale. I will NEVER buy anything from your store!!

Am really upset that lids don’t do no more embroidery in hats that you buy outside the store, when in today because I always had them done there and I walked in and they told me if I didn’t buy it there that they couldn’t do the embroidery in my hats lames assess that’s the last time I buy a hat from lids, too bad they don’t think they just lost a good customer, I would alway buy hats from there and even if I didn’t they would alway got my embroidery for my hats there so that’s why am given lids a bad review. Don’t go there and am telling all my friends too

I come here often and I really like the customer service here.This is a small store like most of the lids stores and they can get extremely busy in there.Big selection of baseball caps and always have a section with several on special items marked down quite a bit from original price.Come on down and create your own experience.

Wide variety of hats but not all teams. Went in looking for a certain team but they didnt have it

Need the Jackie Robinson hat in my size. The manager (?) there made sure she got one for me. She was so nice!!

Good selection of sports attire, I shop online at their site and have items delivered to my local Lids store. Love it.

I love this store and walk in no matter what city its in

I went in for an exchange and they wouldn’t allow me to exchange it. After going back and forth a few times, the manager finally gave me an exchange by throwing the hat at me. Very rude!!! He did this in front on my young children. Never shopping here ever again. I know that if I was a man and not a woman, he wouldn’t have been so disrespectful and cursing at me.
