I have used Garden World for my riding lawnmower for that past several years. They come and pick up my mower in Sanger and bring it back in a week or two when it is repaired. I have ALWAYS had good service and the prices are within reasonable range. I am very pleased with their service. Never had a problem with anyone or anything they have repaired. They leave the lawnmower in the same spot they picked it up from on my property unless I tell them to leave it in a different place. Never a bad attitude. Always so helpful.

Very professional and great at getting your machine back to you in a timely matter. This store has a wide variety of tools blowers, mowers, weed eaters, chain saws and much much more. 1-15-2019 UPDATE EVEN WORSE...I bought a Ariens walk behind string trimmer. The bottom of the bell wore out with in 3 hours of use. I took the bell back and asked if Areins has had a problem with this part and could they check to see. I thought if they did they might replace the part. The owner acted uninterested in helping me. Told me they had the part in stock and gave me the price. As he walked back into his office I told him I wouldnt buy that brand anymore. He then said well there one of the best and closed the door. Costumer service SUCKS...1-15-2019 I just received a call from The Garden World asking me if I bought an Arien String Machine. At first I wasnt sure who I was talking to but as I thought about the call I knew who it was and why they were calling me so I checked my review on Yelp and was right. He didnt like the review. First off I understand them not knowing who the costumer is with the yelp name. I have NEVER been told by The Garden World or by any employee about a heavy duty bell. He looked up the Part to see if they had one in stock and the price. I was NEVER told how to make the Bell Part last longer, he did tell me it was a wear part. I told him it had Less than THREE hours on it and thats why I asked if Arien had a problem with this part. He gave me NO Costumer Service and acted annoyed when I asked. Writing a response 10 months later then lying that he gave such good costumer service is LAME and Dishonest......

The guy at the counter has a shity attitude, really didnt want to see visually what was wrong without paying a fee. Never going back
