Bought something to present to the wife for a fun afternoon. When I did, she noticed little black or blue lint like specks and it wasn’t sealed, so her and I didn’t feel comfortable about using it. We don’t want to contract HIV or an STD.I just tried to exchange it and it was like I was lying too the lady. She said that they don’t allow people to open their packages and that they even have signs saying don’t open packages and all their packages aren’t sealed. My thought (I realize I should have looked closer to the packaging) was why would you sell product that can be tampered with? She then said “look” as she grabbed a different package and opened it “See, you don’t understand, you don’t get it.” I said yes I do, she said “No you don’t.” She then said “I don’t know what to tell you. I can call my boss but see the sign? No exchanges or refund.” I’m like ok but this isn’t any typical exchange. I asked her to call her boss. With a sigh and a eye roll she calls her boss proceeds to tell her boss that I think it’s tampered and that she already told me they don’t let people open their products. I said “There are specks on it and I just want to exchange it or give me my money back and I’ll go else where.” She ends the call and says her boss said only this time because we don’t do this. They don’t have the exact one so she grabs the closest thing to it (which is fine with me because originally it was a toss up between the two when I came in the first time. We both look it over to make sure it’s ok and then I leave.The owner of this place needs to find someone else to work there. She was rude the first time I came but over looked it as everyone has those kind of days. Naw, I won’t be back! My wife and I were concerned with our safety, that shouldn’t be hard to understand. The lady clearly didn’t care and should not be working customer service.

Been going to this store for approx. 10 to 15 years and the last 2 times have left me feeling like I can no longer do biz with this establishment and its all due to the lady working there. She couldnt be any more rude. Her attitude and the way she talks to me is unbelievable. Highly lacking any public relation skills. She could be the poster person for what you DONT want representing your business. I Wont be back to be treated so unprofessionally.

Everytime I have shopped here was a great experience. Whatever I happen to need I always am taken care of. Destiny is great. She knows the store by the back of her hand. Always a positive attitude. If I am iffy about what to buy she always points me in the right direction. She mentioned working here for almost a decade. I couldnt imagine the same old thing everyday for 10 years but it explains her very broad knowledge on absolutely everything this store has to offer. This is a great place to shop and I love the atmosphere and the no judgment service I receive. Destiny is amazing guys. Always ask for her. I highly recommend shopping at this location.

Nice selection of glass utensils, but the hidden gem seemed to be the 2 for $5 deals as customers were constantly asking for that. Service was excellent, as they were eager to help me find what I was looking for seemingly in a hurry to get me to leave as if I was hindering something else from going on. Even the parking lot as I was getting ready to leave an employee stood by the open door until I left, making sure I was ok I think before going back inside to conduct business. Lots of lingerie to entice the hormones and the play and toy selection were plentiful but it seemed they were rushing me to leave so I didnt feel welcome to browse.

I like the selection of items in the store. Could have a little bit more things but still has a good selection. The service could use some work and discretion is definitely not their forte.

I spend over $100.00 and they sold me a vaping pen that doesnt work and when I called them only 30mintues later. The lady tells me that theres no refunds or replacements. I could see if the $30.00 thing worked fine, but It never ever worked and parts were not even there!! WHO else would want them to replace it or give back the cash for it?? Everyone I know would!!

Been going here for years, and they do have the best glass prices in town. Theyre usually somewhat helpful but occasionally you will get attitude if the chick feels like you asked a stupid question. But THEY CLOSE EARLY!! I showed up at 10:44pm and as I was walking up to the door, the lady turned of the lights and sign, and locked the door. So I toook my money elsewhere.

The lady who helped me was in a finder binder the day before.. she was very helpful i over all had a very good time shopping . She should be management if shes not already give her a raise.

This is regarding the story on Ben Maddox in Visalia.I have been a customer for a few years and I went to return a whippet dispenser that was manufactured too small and the cartridge would not come out. I dint live in tow so its been 1 or 2 weeks since i bought it. It was not a high priority and assumed that would be no issue and i would get a replacement or a refund...No big deal, it was apparent what the issue was.That was far from the case. There was an nasty old RUDE Bee at the counter who automatically said 2 weeks and no refund, completely disrespected me in front of other customers...Like i was trying to scam her. She was rude when i purchased the thing but i let it slide since it appeared she as clueless about their products and her daughter or other relative clued her in on what i was looking for. Initially she told me she didnt have what i was looking for!I could tell the old biddy was not going to make good on the sale so i threw the piece of crap on the floor and leftI am a very honest person,as well a businessman as well with a successful housing rental business. When there is a problem with something i have sold or work I have done is defective, I honor it.A-- wHoles like this woman act like No Refunds is written in stone and relieves them any responsibility of backing up a defective product.I will never spend my money in their store again, and advise all others not to either. There are much better stores that have RESPECTFUL employees...especially to customers who have patronized them for years.I know people read Yelp reviews before going to a store like this and I hope that your greed and disrespectful treat cost you thousands of $. Who knows, i might buy the business when it goes under.Until then, I will be satisfied too know that Im sending people the opposite direction of their business.

The employees always seem like they are stoned. They never have any decent products and then yesterday I purchased a new pipe. The employee told me that I could add water and then freeze it. I did exactly what she said to do and the ice expanded and broke the glass.I called the store to see if I could exchange it for a new one since it was through employees advise that my pipe broke and they told me no. How unprofessional. I understand not exchanging or refunding these products because we put them In our mouths but I had just purchased the pipe not two hours before. It still had ice in it, but they still told me no.Find another place to buy your smoking needs. They dont know what they are talking about and they dont know how to run a business

The older woman behind the counter doesnt give good customer service, the selection is good but way over priced. I could order any of that stuff online for at least half the price.

Spent $300 on a few things for this girl i met.

Some employees wont stop staring at every single move you make through out the store. It makes it an uncomfortable experience knowing eyes are on you always. The prices are ridiculous, they sold me and my girlfriend tightning gel for 21 dollars compared to 6 dollars online. The worst part is the gel burned badly. Avoid this place, look online first. You will find the same item for a lot less. They sell very small bottles of lubricant and various other gels and oils for more than 20 dollars, a complete rip off. Shop online first.
