After having a HORRIBLE experience with my local Harley-Davidson dealership in my attempts to purchase a new bike (because I could not tell them exactly what bike I wanted to purchase!), I chose to make the 75-mile trip to Visalia Harley-Davidson and purchased my first Harley!At the time, her husband (Rich Luis) worked with me to find a bike that would work with my vertically challenged self. I settled on a 2008 Road King Classic, adding a lot of accessories, and was one HAPPY customer - proud to finally be a Harley owner.After the purchase, I was included on the Customer Appreciation rides to the coast, and am always greeted warmly. Every time I have gone in there, I am always happy to see Lindsays smiling face.Visalia Harley-Davidson is the place to go for great service, friendly staff, and to purchase a bike, parts and all clothing needs. I recently stopped by Visalia Harley-Davidson dealership to upgrade my wardrobe. I lost 30 “Covid lockdown” pounds, and had to downsize from 3XL to 2XL, to be sure to show off my new physique. Frances hooked me up with 10 awesome 2XL shirts, and even gave me a Marine Corps Veterans discount. While Frances was helping me pick out my new Shirts, Motivated Ryan put air in My (ChaBBy) Street Glide Special’s tires. I’ve bought several bikes over the years at Visalia Harley-Davidson location, and everyone there always makes my experience awesome; Whether I’m buying a new bike, clothes, accessories, or just stopping bye to say hi and or sneak a peak at the new Snake Venom paint job scoots, the staff always makes me feel like a member of the H-D family. I want to point out that Frances even took time to pull the hangers out of my shirts from the bottom as to not stretch out the collars of the shirts…talk about attention to detail! Impressive! I had a great experience with Visalia Harley Davidson. I have a recent disability that will not allow me to twist a right hand throttle. Other dealerships in the area wouldnt even entertain the thought of a modification, but the team at Visalia H.D came up with a way to modify a bike that allows me to continue to ride. So I bought a street glide from them. I cant thank the whole team enough for making that happen!

Ive been going to Visalia Harley for the last 5 years or so and Ive always had a great experience with the staff here. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike through my employer and hes always been honest and friendly since then. Justin is always great to deal with as well. Ive run into him multiple times and hes always been kind and courteous. I believe Nick was the one who helped me over the phone this last time when trying to locate a part for my Dyna and he took the time to research it and talk to mechanic in the shop to confirm we were looking at the right part that needed to be replaced. I scheduled my bike to be serviced with Ryan over the phone and he explained that it would be 3 weeks or so before they could work it in, that was fine since I would be able to ride until then. Called the day before to confirm and he said it was confirmed, Great! Took it in the day before since I had an early golf Tee time that Saturday and he was very accommodating. He called when my bike was done, it was serviced and new battery installed as agreed, shout out to Ryan. And of course I had to see my favorite person Frances, she helped me pick out a set of gloves. Thanks Visalia HD for your awesome customer service.

We went to the Visalia Harley Davidson to just look but ended up finding a bike I really loved. We worked with Justin and he was great from beginning to end. They got me a payment that worked in my budget and Justin even helped me get insurance on the bike before we left. The bike I bought wasnt the most expensive bike there but they treated us as if we did. They even gave us gifts and let us take a tour of all the departments before we left. Great time at Visalia Harley-Davidson chili cook-off today. With the Visalia hog owners cooking up hot dogs for free.

They were very friendly and not pushy at all. Everything went well. Theyre even delivering my new motorcycle to my house in Fresno. I worked with justin and would recommend for anyone to go in and talk to him or any other salesman. Great atmosphere and selection. Although I wish their big fountain was working when I went in there. Having the water fountain going would make the place way cooler.

All transactions prior to picking the bike up were either by phone or text. Justin was amazing at keeping me informed. As the bike got to their shop he sent me a message with photos that it was there.I went to pick it up, paperwork was easy, they explained the bike to me. Keys in hand in about an hour!

I spent many months looking for just the right bike for me. Justin was very helpful and patient with me so I ended up buying a new 2020 Soft Tail Slim from him. The ladies, William, and the other folks were all very friendly and helpful to me. I like to visit other Harley stores, but I like the Visalia store the best.

This is definitely an overdue atta boy. I have been in several times for little insignificant repairs or wish list things on my bike. Ryan and the entire staff have always made my wife and I feel like we are their only customer. Ryan always says let me have your fob and ill take care of it. And when we walk in the girls upfront usually call us by name (it blows our minds everytime) we really dont go in that often. Probably the greatest dealership around. Just bought a Trike from them and when we were first looking at it the price was crazy high for the year, the final price is still higher than it is worth but close enough to where I didnt want to travel for a different one. Will Never Buy Another Bike From Them!

Not only did i think I couldnt afford. The bike I wanted I was treated like family and rode out with a very nice bike. They gave me a shirt, some polish towel, catalog in case I needed anything. Introduced my family to the whole staff in each department. Also I like to say I told them that I am having an event for Christian ministry and they donated very generously to that also! If your not impressed yet you havent been to other dealers i quess.

I did not realize how expensive that brand is. On the other hand, if you want it they probably carry it. The new model bikes are very nice. I enjoyed everything I looked at that day. Maybe in the future I’ll go back for a few things.

Came through on a trip down south and decided to visit the store. Had a great time. Its Xmas time and the had hot cocoa and cookies for the kids and a Santa Claus ready to take pictures. We grabbed a couple poker chips and hoodies. They had a good selection of bikes on the floor. Lots to choose from. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dont miss out on the giant model train set the have setup at the from of the store.

Ryan in the Parts dept is ALWAYS so helpful. Everytime that I purchase something the sales women are ALWAYS helpful and pleasant. And thats why I drive 45 mins when I need my Harley Fix! Thanks for a wonderful experience EVERYTIME that I patronize your establishment.

Friendly people... but way over prices. With Harley Davidson loseing the battle of the bikes and the drop in sales the price they put on their inventory it will be hard to push them out the door. And dont get there financing. Its thru Eagle and Eagle is Harley Davidson. 18% is just a little high. Average APR would be 7.8% maybe a little higher do to your credit worthiness. Im at 750 and they were going to give me 18%. Crazy to push that on good credit. There was no pushing a bike out the door just customers. Beautiful bikes. If they would stop trying to get a younger crowd and stay focus on the older crowd Harley would be on top again. They may have lost there grip all together.

Best and only place to go for Harley parts and service. $100/hour service but it rarely takes the whole hour for most things. They do the best for the rider. Been coming here for years, and will continue for many more

My husband and I bought a motorcycle from here back in September of last year. The young man that helped us was very sweet and informative, he did a great job. I wish I could remember his name. Had a good experience with the folks at this shop. Had a full safety inspection on my bike, and they found the source of the problem and corrected it.Perhaps a bit pricey, but service was good and I am quite pleased with the result. I would definitely work with them again.
