These guys came up as a recommendation from several colleagues and a few friends. I visited them to have my resonator removed on my Mini Cooper JCW. They were fast, efficient and extremely friendly.I asked to keep the resonator and they set it inside my vehicle for me.They are willing to take the time to be very informative and give you whatever options are available.Very cool folks here. They do get busy, but it’s because of their good work. Highly recommend.

This place is great! I needed a reducer for my motorcycle exhaust and after about 10-15 minutes they were able to fit one pretty much perfectly. After I had to cut the pipes a little shorter, they were able to help me adjust the reducer down for free on the next visit. The dude who helped me was super cool about it too, I highly recommend this place!

About 5 years ago I had a weld come undone on the muffler for my car, stock. I took it to Quality Muffler, the owner had one of the mechanics repair it free of charge. About a week ago I went in again for the same car to check for possible plugged cat. Again, free of charge. I insisted to pay up both times. Both times they declined. Great people here. Will come back for sure if I ever need a new CAT or major exhaust work.Just yesterday I referred a person I met at a smog test site when his car did not pass the smog due to wrong CAT. I told him to head to Quality Muffler, best place in town.

Quality Muffler took care of me on many projects and modifications that I wanted to have done to my car. From welding on an aftermarket muffler, replacement catalytic converter, resonator, and little other things here and there, Quality Muffler did it right the first time. I highly recommend them and their staff and welders are professional, friendly, knowledgable, and very reasonably priced. For example, I brought in a catalytic converter that I didnt realize was not legal for my car. They gave multiple options that would work and be legal and overall informed me on how to search for CA legal catalytic converters.

I took my car to another shop in town who will remain nameless, and they wanted $1,500 to replace my catalytic converter. Quality Mufflers did it in one day and did a quality job for a little over $600. They were fair, they were quick, and Ill take all of my cars there. I wish they did more than just mufflers!

This place is awesome. Went in today to get a Flow Master Super 10 Series that dumps in the middle to get put into my new 2008 Chevy Avalanche. They informed me that I already had the Muffler that I was requesting and all they had to do was take off the ugly rusty tail pipe and put a small lip on it. The price dropped $50. Great customer service I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family.

This place is awesome. We had an accident with our class a motorhome on a window road in the Sierras and damaged our muffler. They got us in, got it fixed back to stock for a very reasonable price. It was fast too. We had to get back to Utah for the first day of school. So friendly. Not enough praise for these guys!!

I needed a muffler for my 95 toyota corolla and they were closing at 4pm that day and i got there at 3:30 and got my car serviced and next day took my 2016 mustang to get both rear mufflers straight pipped and people there are nice and they have good prices. Work is good customer service is terrible second time i go first time i was ignored even after i asked for help. Second time they kept putting cars in front of mine even though i was there first and all i was asked was what do you want which was a bit rude after i told them what i needed they just said ok and walked away. I was never acknowledged again so i left. The work is good but not enough to over come the terrible service

Called to get a quote on a catalytic converter for my car and was given a decent price with install. The gentleman who I wish I was have gotten a name went asked some other info from me and gave me information that ended up saving me money and told me I was still under warranty per state law.He went above and beyond and took of the customer. He could have been crooked and just set up a appt and took my money, but instead he was honest and helped me in a huge way. This is why I have been a long time customer. They were really keep the customer in mind.

Did a piss poor job and very careless putting the catalytic converters back on. I checked the work before i was about leave and notice some things wrong with it so i informed the owner that their was screws missing and screws not tightened down on the heat shield, they actually lost a screw somewhere in my engine compartment and they also forgot to put the front heat shield back on the catalytic converter. Luckly for me i was watching when they took it off or i would have never known it was missing. I would and will never refer anyone to them. Their is and was no customer satisfaction.
