Dropped off my ROLEX SUBMARINER for repair was quoted $120(CASH PRICE) at first and then the old guy called 2 weeks later and said it was $195 (CASH PRICE). After 3 weeks later it was fixed but there was more problem after they worked on it. The original functions were not working like how it should have and there where some DEEP scratches on the back when they were trying to open the watch. When I asked about the scratch the old guy didnt even apologize for the scratch. All major works seem like he has a watch guy that works for him, I will never trust the store ever again. Terrible customer service. waste time, money, and my ROLEX!

Wow! Love Richard. He came to my house, and fixed my clock, and charged me approximately 1/2 of what another person quoted me, and 1/3 of another quote.Plus, he was punctual, so nice, and has a fun personality.

Our 55-year-old clock stopped chiming. Took it here to be brought back to health. Works great now and he gave great advice on how to keep it working on time. Very fair price charged. Very happy and highly recommend. He also took care of replacing a couple watch batteries.

Doc Richard has been around for many years and knows his stuff. And he has the good stuff, too. I have purchased from the Tic Tock Doc a range of antiques: clocks; watches; crank, wooden wall phones and a cylinder record player. The prices are good and Richard provides knowledgable service. Even if you just need an inexpensive watch battery, the Doc has it all.

Brought in two clock movements for repair...He did not fix either one properly...I had to replace both movements with used movements I bought on e-bay. and I installed in clock case and got both running properly ...and the ones on e-bay worked perfectly ....He came up with excuses and refunded a small amount of my money...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got 3 batteries put in my watch, took about 10 minutes and under 20$. The Carlsbad mall has charged me over 60$ for the same thing, and about 3 hours. Wish I had known about this place sooner!
