Highly recommended!I originally got tires installed on my truck 5k miles ago. I chose them because the price was right and they also do alignments, which you should have done when you install new tires. Surprisingly, some of the local tires shops don’t do alignments so the choice was easy.I came in today to get my tires rotated, check the spare tire and check the balance. I called for an estimate for all terrain tires on my dually. I recieved a quote bit did not commit, as I was researching pricing and different tire brands. So I stopped by a few days later, they said that the tires I ordered were in and my appointment was all set up. I informed them that I did not agree to those tires and was inquiring about a different set. I was dealing with Tommy at this time. We found out the tires that I wanted needed to be ordered and we needed an adapter for my wheels as the hub is larger and offset is different from normal trucks. He assured me that he could source one in a couple days. I told him I would be out of town a couple days for work and we could schedule, he said it needed to be on a specific day that he had a full crew so it would be faster install. We agreed on a Saturday first thing. I drove back into town specifically for this appointment and had to leave right after. On the phone he assured me everything was good and he had the adapter to balance my tires. The morning of, he informs me that he lied and did not procure the adapter and the tires that were ordered were the wrong ones. I was in a bind at this point as I have been driving on the spare for over a week waiting for these tires. Now I cant leave without getting something. I was inclined to get the incorrect tires installed with a discount and they used bean bags to balance my tires. Now driving I have a vibration, and upon further inspection I found the old wheel weights still on the wheels. Very disappointed with this visit. Ive never had an issue until I dealt with this liar Tommy. I hope Evans knows they have this type of salesman working for them. I will also be contacting their customer care to inform them. This guy belongs to a hole in the wall dealer that will sell you a broken car telling you that its a great car.

Every time I go for something simple they always put in one or two more things wrong with my vehicle. When I stuck up for myself and told the guy no he gave me the most uncomfortable look ever. I will never go there again when I’ve been going there for over 10 years. It’s absolutely crazy how they can just throw in something like parts or whatever they want and not even ask if that’s something you want. He just tried to put it in there at check out. I will not be intimidated by anyone especially in a business run my men trying to get money from me. It’s wrong. I recommend I’m going somewhere else for a real reliable car/tire services.

I needed a new set of tires for my Mazda and a couple of friends suggested a few different places,Discount tire and Evans tires. So I did a little tire shopping went to both discount tire stores and they gave me their quotes. Then I went to Evans tires and you guessed it. Not only was it a better price for what I thought was a better tire, they had me in and out of that place and about 23 minutes from the time they rolled my car in. Went here to replace some badly needed tires. Originally called them to beat a price from walmart and they did with their b2g2 promo price per tire. Had an appointment at 2pm and brought it in 15 min early. Was told to give them 90 min for the install but was actually done in 45 min. They suggested to also do an alignment and I agreed however they were unable to because my car was lowered. Great customer experience and extremely fast service.

I came in for a low front tire on drivers side. Not only was there a smile as I drove up but sales person opened the door and welcomed me. Worst alignment ever. Was told it was perfect when another shop had already checked it and it was wayyyy out. Waste of 150$ for me plus the damage to my 325$ a piece tires. Not stoked.Was told I was wrong and out of luck and to take off.Then tracked down and apologized to in parking lot; which was nice.; even though a refund would have been nicer.That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.✌🏼

Evans used to be a good tire store with good employees but things have changed in the last 6 months. Pushy, almost rude employees who try to maximize the companys profits at the expense of customers and customer service now seem to be the norm, especially the advisor who helped me. I have not had a good interaction with him since he started working there. In the past, the staff was very helpful and I felt they tried to save me money. This guy looked at the computer and told me that I was given too much of a discount in the past, and that theres no way he would do something like that. Maybe good for the company, but very, very poor for customer service and customer retention. Good luck in the future with employees like that!

The enTIRE process was seamless and satisfying, from finding my tire online, texting with the Customer Service person to get a quote/appointment, to getting my tire replaced, very happy with the entire experience.

Ive come multiple times in the last 2 years and never had a bad experience.

So I showed up and was given a time frame and a couple of the guys at the shop didn’t show up so the timeframe went out the window. But let me tell you what the guys did do for me, they quoted me a price on a tire and that tire ended up not being in stock so they upgraded me to a better tire and charge me the same price they did an awesome job and the guys are very decent and professional I would recommend Evans tires to anyone in fact my whole family uses them.

Now I have to say these guys went above and over the bar for customer service and satisfaction and took care of an issue with a tire mix up and replaced the tires free of charge all the staff was respectful and friendly and the manager did what it took take care of a customer now dont that tire look good

They tried selling me over $800 repair new control arms my regular mechanic later verified I didn’t need. Went and had tires rotated and agreed to battery replacement. They brought up this new problem that ended up being false. Thankfully I didn’t opt for it and got an honest second opinion. They should stick to tires!

Tim from Evans Tire gave me the best out the door price, which includes the higest quality tires at a decent cost. The price came with national warranty, free rotation and balancing. I just had to pay $100 for alignment. His team had it done in 2 hours, which is impressive because I had to wait longer at other places. Lastly, he cleaned and polished my tires.. Thank You team Evans!!!!!

No call to let me know the tires weren’t in yet. I show up to have the install done and the tires aren’t there.I wait a week before I call again and they say now they are here. Again, no call. I set up an appointment for installation and my car didn’t even pull in for 90 minutes.No valve stem replacement was offered, no nitrogen offered. I watched them mount the rim and the air gun was used and then the hub cap put on. No torque.Not impressed. Will not be returning.

An Update:Today, 7/30/2021- I stopped by at 1:00 PM to get my tires rotated (8,000 miles]. I was told it would take 3 hours because...and get this... I only have one tire guy. What the hell, one tire guy at a tire shop? Am I missing something? Five bays and one tire guy...unbelievable.Everything went well, good service, quick with one exception. I was hoping to have my tire alignment checked. This is a courtesy service when you purchase tires, but the alignment machine was down. No alignment check. No alignment. Thats why only four stars..

Good quality service, the shop guys all seem friendly and nice. Good Covid precautions. Got 4 new tires on 34 travel trailer, special order arrived in 2 days. Had to back out when leaving but there was plenty of room, had a bad lug nut and they replaced it.

I used eve and tire for the alignment on my ‘03 4runner for the past 4 years and never had any issues. I went in today to pay another 3 year alignment service and they said that can’t do it for lifted vehicles anymore. I decided to go ahead with the 1 time alignment and left the truck with them. I got a phone call an hour later saying that they could not get it aligned. Not very happy with the service today and won’t be going back to the vista location.

They did a wonderful and amazing job on the tires. It was quick and fast. Me and my wife went to eat mean while they were putting the tires on and before we even finished having lunch they were already done. They called me and told me it was done. I even asked them if it was true or were they just messing with me. But it was true they got a 5 star from me no doubt about that.

My tires were changed according to the quote. However, I was delayed on the freeway after having driven almost 2 hours. The person on the phone said “you’re late”. I told him that was why I was calling. When I got there and showed my reservation, once more I was reminded I was late. I was 5 minutes late and I thought we had been over that. Then he proceeded to let me know that he couldn’t do the free alignment check that I had been quoted because the machine was down til Tuesday. This is Saturday. He didn’t offer me anything to compensate. I’ve always been very pleased with Evans until know. I’m a senior citizen. I used to live in the area, but I moved. I’m hoping these tires last until I get a new car. I live an hour and a half away. I won’t go out of my way to seek service here again, unless absolutely necessary.
