This is a great place. Greg the manager is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and pleasant to converse with. Answered all of my questions, shared his experiences with using different grills and gave in-depth comparisons of different features, shapes and options in different grills. But best of all, Ive been looking for a key for my outdoor fire-pit for 3 years, tried all the universal ones - none worked. Had to make my own key that kind of worked but was slipping. Greg found a rare key that he thought might work and gave it to me. Didnt even charge me for it. And guess what?! It FINALLY worked, like a charm! Thank you so much for great customer experience. Definitely coming back soon!
