I got a great deal on some great hair products with the sale they have 4 for 20 mix and match

Always have a great selection of hair dye there and the sales associate was able to answer all my questions.

Was not open when I went at 10:20 in the morning, and not when I went back at 10:45 on a Saturday! I guess some people must have quit their job here!

Good location, short drive from freeway exit. Customer service is great, as it always is at any Sallys Ive been to. The shelves are a little empty, though Im sure we can only blame the corona virus for the shortage of everything lately, but they still had the items I needed!

Ive been calling for the past week it says open for curbside pickup but no one ever answers the phone. I call at different times all throughout the day. Whats going on with sallys? Maybe they should hire more employees to answer phone orders!

I went to go buy wax beads for waxing and turns out they did not have wax beads yet so I grab this pack of wax and ask if this is for waxing legs and the girl who worked there said yes of course it can be used for waxing. When I get home and try to wax it just started hardening and crumbling of my leg when I touched it crumbled of like candle wax so I look on their website to see what it is and how to use it wax some kind of hydrating wax stuff. So then I go back a couple of days to exchange or get my money back, but I threw away my receipt. So I told them that it was their fault and that I was given the wrong product and they still would not give me the full refund or exchange. The girl who worked obviously did not know the products. I expected more knowledge about the products from such a high rated store.

These guys are great. I went in there tonight looking for bleach to do my hair. This is my first time doing my hair and I needed a lot of help picking out products that would be right for me. Sergio and Maribel really took their time helping me, and I appreciate it 1,000%. I would definitely recommend.

The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. I love going here because I know whether Ive got my next hair plan in my mind or I just need to talk it out for a minute, there are knowledgeable people here to assist.

Worst brand of braiding hair ever! Even the cheapest braids at Sunnys are 100 times better than Sallys. Complete waste of $25.00. Shouldve learned from my last visit when I asked about whether a certain product would work on my length of hair...they told me it certainly would. NOT! Lie to make the sale &/or not trained to work in the beauty supply trade.

The young lady cashiering was very pleasant and had a good personality and she knew where everything was that I asked about.

Great selection of products and the prices are also very good. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Called and called and called for curbside pickup and never got an answer. Finally drove to the store to find a paper posted up staying they were no longer doing curbside pickup. Update your information to save people the trouble!
