Purchasing the mattress in San Marcos, CA with John was great. Delivery in Redmond, WA was awful.We paid $120 for delivery & set up and the bed and mattress were dumped in the apartment. Mattress still covered in plastic and frame still in boxes. VERY DISAPPOINTED!When I called John, the gentleman we purchased the bed from, he told us that it was unfortunately out of his hands. We were offered a refund, which I do appreciate. But I am very disappointed with Mattress Firms service and will never purchase a mattress through them again.

Samantha was very helpful and very personable. She knew a lot that helped make my choice for a new mattress and went the extra mile to check inventory, set me up on test mattresses, and just give me a lot to think about in general while also helping me narrow down a decision, both with her knowledge and experience. The store itself is nice and quiet, which is precisely the atmosphere I’d want for picking out a mattress to sleep on. Overall, great experience and very happy I came.

We just bought a new Tempurpedic mattress at the Vista location (store number 503046) in North County Square. Brandon Barlow was the name of the guy helping us and he was so knowledgeable and helped guide to the right fit and save money along the way! The other stores we had checked said it would take 3 weeks for the mattress to be delivered and Mattress Firm provided next day delivery and complete setup with mattress haul away.

I was very impressed with the store’ I had arrived at a gallery location late in the evening not knowing that they didn’t have inventory available there! I am from Milwaukee Wisconsin here moving my son into a apartment here in San Marcos, California due to the fact he will be playing college football here! My husband and I are buying our first married mattress! I have never been in a mattress firm but we wanted to take a look at different options. We are so glad we drove 30 minutes to the Vista Store where we met Samantha. He was very knowledgeable and brought up issues we hadn’t thought about before. We told her we wanted to save money and she looked into the online outlet items. Well a month later, I had gone to Macy’s twice and living Spaces to look at their mattress department. Finally, my husband needed to go back and try out some more mattresses and we called the store to find out if Samantha was working. She was helpful to narrow down the search to our ultimate purchase of a Stearns and Foster Cassat with adjustable base. We got everything at the outlet price and we are absolutely thrilled! Even better is our mattress only takes two days when we are accustomed to waiting months from other stores for our furniture

We recently bought a queen sized bed from them as a guest bed. Within a few months of limited use something inside the bed gave in and now when you lie down on it it stinks significantly. Ive tried returning it to the store because the salesman told me we had a year plus the 10 year warranty. Turns out we only had the few months and now the warranty people dont want to accept the warranty replacement because the dent is only visible when you sit on it. We are very unhappy with the purchase and have been trying to return the mattress not are not getting anywhere.

Yesterday my husband and I stopped by mattress firm in vista, ca. I cannot even put into words how great Jeri McGee is! She was the one who helped us find our perfect bed and even took the time discussing pillows with us. We were overly satisfied with the price, and comfort we ended up with especially since my husband sleeps on his back and I am pregnant so I have became a side sleeper. She let us take our time and was not overbearing. We also felt she was very informative and honest.
