I called Austin earlier morning and explained what happened with my Jet ski. He asked me a few questions and told me he was booked for a sold two weeks but he understood my urgency and told me to swing by the shop to take a look. When I got there he was so personable as if we were old friends and looked at my jet ski on the spot. He asked me all the right questions and in matter of 30 mins he figured out the problem. I asked him If I could look over his shoulder and learn what to look out for( I am brand new to the Jet Ski world) and during the inspection he walked me through the entire process, answering and explaining very question I had and more. Best of all his prices are FAIR! The dealership I went to prior to Austin charged me twice as much to do what he did. I had such an awesome experience and had to share my experience. I initially found this guy on Craigslist looking for a hitch rack. Which might I add, the hitch rack works amazing. Upon seeing my 89 kawasaki x2 he immediately wanted to pull the cover and check things out. We went through a rough idea of things it needed and before I knew it I had the ski there. I brought it in with some fiberglass damage and had that fixed right up. Got an sbn44 carb on as well as a whole host of other odds and ends. The entire process was very up front and honest, exactly how it should be. Ive also been contacting Austin with further questions after repairs and he is more than willing to help. When the time comes Im more than willing to make the hour fifteen minute trek right back over for more work. Definitely wouldnt have and second thoughts recommending this guy to anyone.
