Maybe they should spend more of their time focused on customer service. They were so incredibly rude as soon as I wanted to return a system within 12 hours of ordering it when they said how customer satisfaction is important. Tried to stick me with a 25% restocking fee. Don’t trust.

Great folks who just know what to do. Extremely skilled people come to your home and respect your space as if it was theirs. with the south county pinhole leak issue with the thin copper piping all should call Dime and get solutions before you have to open 10K to re-pipe your house. Buy extra Time by using the folks at Dime. Even if you do re-pipe, you will want this system to protect that investment.

Stay far away from this company. Diane is the worst owner I have ever worked with. If you ever decide to stop buying their products, she will send threatening certified letters to you. Also, if any of their product malfunctions, they charge you extensively to get the product working again. I would not trust this company to stand by their products. Diane should be ashamed of how she treats her long time customers.
