I had some rock delivered to my house and the driver drove up on our driveway and we had him in position to dump and he drove forward and right into the planter bed and got his truck stuck . They had to call in a couple wreckers to drag the truck out of my planter and mutilated my driveway in the process . The owner said she wouldnt cover the damage to my driveway because we gave him permission to drive on to our property.The driver wasnt experienced and didnt follow our instructions . He never asked for our permission to enter the property as she stated. I wouldnt recommend using their services because they dont accept responsibility for their employees actions .

Very satisfied with this place, had to go dump concrete there and everyone was so polite and hands on. Very thankful for nick he was awesome in helping me! Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent customer service good prices

Came in for some small rocks as ground cover. Josh was super helpful in assisting us on how much rock we would need after we have him a square/ft measurement. Gave us some half decent design advice and set us up for delivery. Great customer service.The facility was very clean and had a lot of product displayed very well.Support local businesses.

In response to the owner. Of course I saw your plexiglass... I did not miss it. I went to two more masonries when I left you business. RCP in Escondido and modern design in Vista, both businesses had plexiglass and all of their employees were wearing masks as well . They care more about their customer than their freedom and their so-called rights or political view . Anyone who is looking for a masonry that cares about their customer do not visit this business. Extremely disappointed. The young man was not wearing a mask and after seeing my husband and I with one on, you’d think he would put one on. I don’t care about your personal view or political stance... this is a public place of business, unprofessional and soooooo disappointing. They missed out on our business, however I get the feeling they could care less.

Extremely unprofessional in handling a situation of misscommunication. They sold me 5 yards of one material...when i called and asked please send me 2 more yards of same material they sent me a different material and tried to charge me a 2nd delivery fee to travel 3 miles with the correct material.Miss communication and mistakes happen. How you handle them and how you speak is what defines you. Will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Allison, the owner was extremely rude because she had to look up our previous purchase. Then, she made a scene in front of her other customers. Other people at the counter have been great in the past. The owner seems to feel entitled to mistreat her customers.

Great prices and service from the delivery driver. I got a delivery of paver base and DG. The driver was very cooperative (I needed it dumped in two places) and helpful.

Excellent service and pretty spot on with the guesstimate on stones. Helped load rocks into the back of my SUV without question and was very friendly and courteous, happy to help. Will be back for future projects!
