It says this company just charged my bank account 76.64 when I already paid them for the smart start plan all the way back in 2018. I paid you once already why are you charging me again. I have contacted my bank and I am not taking this from you all. If this becomes an issue I will be taking you all to court.

Worst customer service ever. Expect 20+ min hold if you want to call them. They do not reply to emails or return calls. Service was paid for another 2 months. I tried to transfer it, but they canceled it and the months/money were lost. The rep stated there is nothing he can do about it.

Marantz customer support is non-responsive. At their prompt, I left my phone number for callback. 24 hours later, no word back. Left number a second time, 24 hours after that, nothing.

Without question, the single worst customer service process of any entity. No accountability or follow through. No tracking numbers provided for troubleshooting. CSRs have minimal interest in resolution of problems. Parent company of Polk speaker systems, DEI Holdings, works skillfully to insulate their execs from receiving feedback from customers; nice job on that. On all other accounts, shame on you.

Viper remote came pre-installed in my Acura. Worst, most obnoxious remote Ive owned. Will work about 85% of the time when temps range from -10°C to -15°C, will then work about 70% of the time down to -25°C, then your at about a 50% success rate to around -35°C where it wont really work at all. Any time you do anything the lights will flash 5 times. Start car, flash 5 times, get in, flash 5 times etc. Talked to a CSR about it and they tried to blame installer (Acura) until I pointed out the page in the manual that covered light flashing for a standard transmission. Asked for a wiring diagram to be able to sever the connection to the lights and was ignored. When the fob battery is low it will waste battery faster by lighting up and beeping a little tune at you several times every time you use it.. oh, and it will make your car honk at you once upon entry and once upon exit.
