The installation team with Abel leading the way was pleasant, thorough, and accommodating during the 3 days the were here. Such professional work and 10-12 hour work days deserve our appreciation and thanks. They went the extra mile on every aspect of the process and the results are beautiful. We are extremely happy with our carpet! Were also very pleased with Gary, who came to measure and tell us more about carpet stuff. Like many people probably do, the first thing we did was go to Home Depot to look at samples and get a quote. The quote was fine, whatever...but we also decided maybe we should see what other places have to offer.When Gary showed up he was a wealth of knowledge and experience. He explained some things to us about the sample we had from Home Depot and the differences between that sample and what he would recommend for our lifestyle. He talked about durability, fading, different carpet materials....he knows his stuff! What experience did we get from Home Cheapo? Thats the one you want, heres a low-energy employee to measure your room and heres what it will cost you. Lame.Fast forward to our quote. Pricing for our carpet, pad and install ended up being juuuust barely more when compared to our quote Home Depot but in reality....there is no comparison! Better carpet and better service from Tri City Carpet...hands down.Install day went smooth and the installers were great. They removed our old orange nasty carpet and cleaned up the area to put down the new stuff. Really great little team.Again, we are very happy with our overall experience using Tri City Carpet. Great service and great products. My couple of iphone photos really dont do it justice but when the time comes to do our 3 bedrooms you know well be calling Tri City Carpet again!

This is the second home I’ve had carpeted by Tri-city Carpet, you know they’re good. They’re always busy which tells me they do good business. They’ve got a wide selection of carpet and flooring options, extremely qualified and efficient help, I had the measurements taken the next day, and the carpet and laminate flooring were installed shortly thereafter. They have also been around forever, possibly decades, I think. That’s reliability and quality workmanship! I’ve been very happy both times and would return to them in the future. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience getting new carpet with Tri-City. Matt helped us all the way through our project, from figuring out what flooring would work, what would look good, and what would also fit within our budget. After getting carpet through a big box store many years ago, this was an infinitely more pleasant experience. Keeping in contact with Matt all the way from selection to purchasing to installation made things much simpler, and while our project necessitated three different installation dates, being able to have the same great installers each time provided a nice sense of stability and they also did a wonderful job.

I had carpet installed in 4 bedrooms. Jennifer came out for the estimate and was informative, polite and listened to my needs. I decided on carpet and two days later it was installed. The installers were fast, efficient and friendly. They all did a great job!

Most of all he was always there for us especially during the decision phase of choosing the right product (carpet and vinyl flooring). Just got off of the phone with Julie not helpful at all asked for the ranging prices of a color from highest to lowest would not provide. Phone conversation was not welcoming would not come in

Went there ordered a 5x7& 27×8 need them bound, so they dont unravel. Lauren was great, she did all the math and told me where too look for a remnant that saved me money. They have a huge selection of remnants and they are all colored lite to dark so you dont have to go back and forth looking for the color you want. Lauren gave me time to find the one I wanted, and put my name on it, then we we to a desk too pay. There were other employees there but she was the only one taking care of customers. A couple befor me, then me. Ask for Lauren if you go there, great selection, great customer service.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a great experience. I came to Tri-City Carpets this morning (Saturday) at 10 a.m., after another company (Empire) showed up at 9:00 a.m. with the same roll of defective carpet they had tried to install three days earlier.Jennifer LaVine, the sales rep at Tri-City, was kind and empathetic and set me up with a delivery date of Monday. To my surprise, she called me two hours later and said that they would deliver it today! Wow! Same day service!Anthony and Fedor, the installers were friendly, professional and efficient! They installed the carpet in 45 minutes and it looks incredible!Thank you Tri-City for saving the day, you now have a customer for life!Highly recommend Tri-City Carpets!
