I had a eye exam in the beginning of the year a couple months went by and I needed my prescription printed I went in then they said they had no record of me being there and wanted me to do another exam when I got there me a few months ago and the test took like 20 min compared to other places that take longer and spent more time checking your eyes. All they did was call my last doctor ask for my last years Prescription and they made no changes I know because they had me call them while I was there isn’t that your job to find out with those machines you got? felt like a waste of time and money !!

This is my go to for my other set of eyes 👀, they treat you like fam, great staff everyone treats you well, cant forget the Regency eye exam lab, they are quick, Thank you!

Dr. Vuong and her team were amazing! Lucero was super friendly and professional while helping me set up my appointment, and also while helping me get checked in and later place my contacts order! The Dr. was professional, friendly, and thorough in her exam. I will definitely be referring friends to this location for the great service and competitive pricing, and will be coming back for years to come!

Was my first time getting an eye exam and the staff was super kind and helpful (all of them) and the Dr. was super efficient. Overall it was a super quick and comfortable experience. (Also to my relief every person inside wore a mask). Would definitely recommend.

They have all needed for eye glasses and take great care. I have had only very good results with the service. They even fixed two pair of glasses from another eye shop that would not fix them and did this with out charging. I was also impressed with the eye doctor on the premise. All in all wonderful service and choices

This is the 2nd try Ive given this store. And both times they double or triple booked my appointment and I was not seen in a timely manner. 30 to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and still no one has said a single word to me. Poor customer service and time management.Unfortunate.

Victoria Vuong didn’t even say hi to me yet alone introduced herself to me the first time I met her. I had to say hi to her so she would notice. She was impatient with me and caught an attitude with me. I almost walked out of the examination chair, but I needed to get my glasses because of the headaches. Being the nice person I am, I asked her questions to calm her down by saying how was her day and how she liked her job. The second time I went there, she acted the same the first time I met her. I believe it’s a race matter because of all that’s happening now in 2020. The reason why I gave them one star, because few of the staff were nice. One employee was incompetent and the mailed me used glasses with make up on them and scratches. They made me walk out with glasses I wasn’t supposed to wear. They didn’t care about my business and just wanted me out the store when they can. It wasn’t fair being treated like this. The reason why I chose this place because of the good reviews, but I guess I wasn’t so lucky out of the bunch. Just pray before you walk in. Go to the Oceanside Location, they’re 5 stars in my eyes. Trust me.The district manager that location should sit down with Victoria Vuong and have a talk with her. I want her to have better customer service.

I would first like to thank Kristy for her above and beyond customer service. I left happy and with a smile both times coming to eyeglass world and I will be back if I ever need anything to do with my vision or glasses. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

You get what you pay for. Cheap lenses and they wont do anything to help. Make sure you read your insurance if you get one. Thumbs down

Eyeglasses World is a place where you are treated like a special person. The prices were so excellent that I purchased three pairs of glasses - including safety glasses for under $150.000. This makes me excited to buy more eye glasses in the future - that is how good the prices are!!!! The doctor was generous and caring with his time and expertise!!!! The best eye doctor and glasses experience i have ever had! The team was excellent!!!!

My frames broke and I asked to just replace my broken frame. They charged me the full $80 as if I got brand new glasses.

I went in last week because I had gotten a piece of metal possibly lodged in my eye and, not having health insurance for another month, I was panicked. They got me in within ten minutes for a really low medical examination fee, got me set up with a prescription for drops, and followup appointment for the following week. Through the whole experience, everyone was beyond friendly and very calm, and I immediately felt like I was in very good hands. A week later, the eye is completely healed, and the whole experience (two exams and a prescription) cost less than it would have been just to get an exam at the Kaiser clinic in Target! I will definitely be going back for any eye needs in the future and I cant recommend them highly enough.

I love this place! Everyone is super professional helpful and polite. Ive been coming here for a few years and this year I strayed because I got insurance at work and I went to Stanton optical which was a terrible mistake . They got my prescription wrong and argued with me and didnt give me my money back . I came back to eyeglass world I dont mind paying out of pocket for the excellent service!

Love this place! You can actually get 2 eye glasses for $78, but have to stick to the program. Options can drive the price to a couple of hundred more. Dr. Dan and Cristi are awesome to service you. I have referred this place to my whole family and friends. Make sure you mention to the sales team in the beginning that you want the 2 for $78 deal! They also have a referral program that will give you a $25 Amazon gift card for each member you bring in. Take advantage of it!

I took my daughter and myself to look for new glasses. Kali was so helpful...and so patient with us. My daughter was looking for glasses for the first time, and I loved so many frames she helped us both find the perfect frames we both would love!) Great service, great prices (cheaper than I have paid at LensCrafters in the past!) We will be back

Just a really good place doctors you can trust

Worst eye exam I have ever had. Making the appointment was easy but after that things go downhill. I go into the appointment and do the standard tests then go to see the optomotrist. The visit feels rushed. No real questions on the medical history I wrote down. Very quick, rushed feeling to looking at the vision, chart, I usually am there much longer. Then, I am asked if I think I should have my eyes dialated? How do I know I am not a dr. She dialates my eyes and I am told I can get my rx while I wait...Nope, I get shown to the glasses they are selling after telling them numerous times I have ordered glasses elsewhere and just need a new rx. So, I wait, go back and have my eyes looked at again after the dialation. I have never seen such an odd technique used to look at my eyes. Even when I had them done elsewhere I was able to get better informed feedback. I go back out and ask for my rx again. I am shown to the glasses area to check out and again have to tell them a few times I do not want glasses.

Talk about great customer service! Drove down to Vista from my home in Big Bear Lake because they had a good deal on 2 pair of glasses for just over $100, whereas other places wanted from $450 to over $700 for ONE pair of tri-focals. Unfortunately there was an error when ordering the glasses. I had ordered glass lenses and they came back with plastic lenses. I spoke with James and Ken about this problem, and they corrected it immediately. My glasses were sent back east for the glass lenses and I received the correct lenses/glasses in a timely manner. James actually paid for postage out of his own pocket in order for me to have them as quickly as possible.Kallye is one of the best receptionists, as she handled most of the transaction over the phone to a successful end. Overall, well worth the drive from Big Bear Lake to Vista to have my new prescription filled, even with the error that was corrected in a most satisfactory manner! I would highly recommend anyone who lives within a 2 hour drive of Vista to go to Eyeglass World in Vista California to have all of their eyeglass needs satisfied. Thank you Kallye, Ken, James and everyone else at Eyeglass World in Vista for my new glasses! Youve got me as a new and satisfied customer!

No appointment I was a walk in.Got eye,exam 2 pair glasses one being sunglasses (prescription) and was out in less than 2 hours

The Vista Eyeglass World staff is beyond amazing! The ambiance of the entire place is so unique. Everyone is positive, joyful, helpful and so pleasant to be around. Dr Goldboss made me feel comfortable and he was kind. Stephanie, the Office Manager went above and beyond for me on two occasions went I have returned to have sure my new prescription is working just right for me. She is incredible! I want to name all the staff that have helped me because theyre all so great but there just isnt room here! Thank you to everyone.
