I ordered two different sizes for a sports bra from their website and I got my order very fast. Neither size fit me quite right, the smaller size I just ended up giving to a friend. The larger size the band was too stretched out and didnt hold the ladies in correctly. I tried to return the larger size but I didnt realize that their RETURN policy was that they do not take returns. They only allow you to exchange or receive store credit for an item. My fault for not reading through their RETURN policy before placing my order. Hopefully this review will help someone else to not make the same mistake of believing returns are possible. The misleading nature of the wording on their website was a big disappointment and a huge bummer because their clothing is super cute. Unfortunately it just didnt fit me quite right and I had to pay a pretty penny to find that out.

Super pleased with freedom rave wear and their staff! My boyfriend and I went to another shop and left disappointed because if their limited size choice but freedom ravewear had all the sizes I need and so much help from the staff! Thank you so much to Alyssa for being so helpful! Leaving with everything I need and had such a great experience! Would recommend!

So I have been watching this company for a while now and Ive been waiting to purchase something. Finally I took the plunge and purchased a few items. Well to my mistake I put the wrong address, off by a digit! So the package was delievered somewhere around my house. I went door to door and no one had it... honestly it was a bunch of girls my age so .. I feel like someone took it :( I contacted their customer support and right away I was emailed back. They really wanted to try to help me out and between emails the CEO came forward to help the situation! I was so grateful for them even responding to me because it was my stupid mistake! The CEO gave me a very generous offer to help me out with my first purchase. They went above and beyond my expectations. They truly care about their customers, I will be purchasing again for sure and I will always double, triple, quadruple check my address! I wont make that mistake again ! Thank you to your amazing staff and everyone who helped me out. I would reccomend this company to anyone who wants quality items and great customer service!

Absolutely love FRW! Great costumer service and quality clothing. The first item I bought from them was from the electric acid collection, from which I received many compliments and felt very comfortable dacing all night long. Recently just came back to check their newest collections and fell in love with their wide variety and unique patterns. If you are close to the San Marcos area I would suggest to check their store ( I like to try things on before I buy them ). They had run out of their skirts for the juicy collection and the staff was quick to check inventory and put one together for me .

Horrible customer service. Ignorant and conceited owners who do business with scammers. Not to mentions their designs are mediocre and tacky.
