Terrible second experience with this company. First experience was great, timely and quality product. Second one has been total stress, disruption and poor communication.Signed contact December 7 2020. Project scheduled for January 25 to 29...4 days of installation. January 28 we are told doors and drawer fronts are not in and project put on hold indefinitely.Upon complaint we are told its the suppliers fault, COVID etc. Kitchen is completely torn up and unusable except for minimal cooking. Appliance delivery cancelled, entertaining cancelled and life on hold. When they finally returned some doors and all drawers were incorrect so another 3 week delay. When asked what would make me a satisfied customer I asked for a $1000 credit. After 3 phone conversations I was told no credit except a $500 credit from the vendor because of delays. Mr Cabinet Care s only concession is a $100 gift certificate for losing use of my kitchen for 5 weeks!Nice people but poor communicators and poor planning ruined the product. Such stress was completely unnecessary had they waited till they had the materials to begin the project. I cannot wish that on anyone.

We are so pleased with our kitchen. Cabinets came out beautiful. Workers were friendly, arrived on time, and cleaned up work area each day. Easy cleanup, no sealer required. Love the look and feel.We gladly recommend Mr Cabinet Care
