Best pool supply warehouse bar none, fast and friendly costumer service.

I’m the littlest guy there is in the pool world, been in this place twice,BOTH times I was greeted promptly and helped by a friendly courteous person who knew exactly what they were talking about. They ARE a distributor and NOT open to the public. They like every other distributor I have ever worked with have account minimums. That’s yearly minimums for keeping an account open and running, not individual transactions. This keeps them working with only the top professionals in their business cutting down returns and having a million guys at their counter needing chemicals or an o ring.I give them two thumbs up.

I went in today to buy a motherboard and get supplies for the three pools I take care of and was told my account was closed because I do not spend enough money with them, eventhough my bill was going to be around $800.I have been going to this location for over 5 years and the people behind the counter always act as if I am bothering them. I continued to shop here because it was convenient. However, they act as if my money isnt welcome because I am a smaller guy.I also have re-usable chlorine and acid bottles that I purchased from them and they will not refund my deposit.So, I suppose they have done me a favor by making it clear that I should not be supporting their business anymore.There are many other pool supply companies in the area and even Amazon has comparable prices if you can wait the 2 days. Avoid this shop unless you like being treated poorly.Any company that turns away a contractor/business should change their business practices.
