DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They literally rip people off. They suggest things to you that are broken or burnt or don’t work and then close so they don’t have to deal with you! I went in to buy what I always buy, and was bamboozled into buying something that was already used and burnt. When i called, they told me they’re closed and to come back Monday when I’m only in town for the weekend and I told them I was literally 2 minutes away and he said he’s already out the door... while on the phone with me. Not accommodating horrible nasty person do not go here ever

Stepped in to pick up some essentials and boy was I surprised at their selection. It was almost as if it was curated just for me. I even found this really cool embroidery patch that my Deadhead boss will love for his birthday. The items here not only set them apart from other smoke shops I’ve visited but the prices are just right too. SCORE! I highly recommend Toke of the Town for all your smoke/countless other things needs.

This place is my favorite new smoke shop! I have been a regular at all the other smoke shops around the Vista area, until now. Now I only need to go here! They have everything I need in one place. I used to have to drive to 2 or 3 spots to get everything I wanted but this place has it all. Smokes (my natural spirits), Glass (reasonable and high end!), Lotto, Vape ( all my favorite) and a bunch of other stuff too. I absolutely love this shop! And the customer service and product knowledge is impeccable! Stop wasting time everywhere else, go here!

Terrible customer service! This is not a review of the employees but who appeared to be the manager or owner. Great experience with two employees who helped me purchase a higher end vape pen. One week later i needed to exchange it because it was not charging. An Asian lady came over and told me that i had charged it incorrectly (which i did not and never told her how i charged it) and said she cant help me. I was instructed to call the manufacturer. She repeatedly talked over me and said assumed things that were not true. In my effort to explain to her what had happened, she walked off. Not only will I never go here again, I truly hope other potential patrons go to another shop with better customer service.

I needed some hand balm for bad arthritis - so I went to this shop. I showed her what I was using, which is Dragons Blend from Medical Farms, She said she doesnt have that brand but bought out 6 other brands. She asked if I liked mint, I said NO, and it narrowed it down to 2 (she said ) . The one she chose for me was CBD oil extra strength. I paid Over $54.00 for this small container & went home to try it, I opened it up & smelled mint right away. Then tried if for 4 days or so & it did not do anything. I called her today & she claims I cant return it, she said just like Rite Aid & CVS I know for a fact I can return to those stores. Anyway she said she would NOT refund me - then she hung up !!I would do a minus 1 star if I could.

Went in with my boyfriend who bought a lotto ticket and a gorgeous glass pipe with a lizard design crafted onto it for only $25. Friendly service at Toke of the Town. I will be back to test the CBD products.

Very cool store, they have a little bit of everything such as patches,tapestries,inscense, tons of lighters normal and torch. Not a huge selection of glass but it is all very high quality and fairly priced. They also carry a great line of e juice by cuttwood. Unlike most glass shops they also sell tobacco products and are also a certified california lottery retailer. Very friendly and helpful employees, Its always a pleasure coming to the toke!
