Literally looks and markets itself like an apple store, should tell you about all you need to know.Weak, over-priced bud, twelve year old bud tenders who want to sell you a vibe and pretend like this is a real job, and a system that cant ever seem to find your name no matter how many times you go. Its easy to go here out of pure complacency if its near work, but there are far better options in the area -- even on the same street no less! Looking through my phone I easily went here twenty times over the past handful of months and spent thousands in total, and one more dumpster fire of an experience with the manager today just made me say enough is enough. Most people prefer to learn the hard way regardless, but the juice just is not worth the squeeze with these people.

Michael was friendly and gave welcomed advice on products I purchased. Also, I am giving a shout out to Chriss attentive assistance before my checkout with Michael. Chris gets a 5-star review, too. Very knowledgeable and personable. Calm and gentle approach.

So, I went in today for the first time. I went in because they have a sign saying they are recreational now. Apparently its been rec for 2 months now. When I was cleared to go and browse I was helped by Kevin. He helped find what exactly I was looking for in a matter of seconds. He started a conversation with me before I was ready and made me feel comfortable inside. In all my experience was phenomenal 😁🤙

I had a great visit to Tradecraft Farms this morning. There were special deals and a display for new products plus a fun bag of goodies for senior members. Kevin made sure I received the listed discounts also. He was very pleasant and competent as always. So happy I live nearby!

Everyone here is super sweet and helpful. I had never been there before so I called first to ask about how I could get my medical recommendation online and they explained to me over the phone how to do it; it was super easy and fast. I then placed my order online to pickup in the store. The site said that my order would take an hour, but 10 minutes after my order was placed I received a text that my order was ready. While I was driving, Jonah was nice enough to call me to ensure that I had my recommendation paperwork with me when I arrived so he could complete my client profile. When I arrived they had my order ready and Jonah explained their weekly deals to me. Overall a very positive experience and everyone seemed like they were very knowledgeable about the product.

This place was referred by my daughter and it was great. I brought my mother and sisters here and we were very impressed how nice and helpful everyone was. Dahlia was so so helpful and explained all the CBD pain products to us all. We became members and will be coming back and referring people to this place. Thank you again Dahlia for all your help.

Deuntae was professionally, polite and knowledgeable of his products and pricing. Overall everyone was great starting with the lady checking ids to security guard as well. Clean and quality over quantity as far as not being overwhelmed with choices and crowded with people and always feel rushed in another location so this one is off the charts with just enough to keep your anxiety minimal.

Kevin was a great help with finding a wax and 1 gram cartridges. There was a much better selection than at UL.Kevin assured I received the discounts I am entitled to. He is a very valuable member of the team, he has excellent product knowledge and communication skills.

I was at first a bit apprehensive, but was immediately put at ease at the professional atmosphere and the friendly service. I bought pain pills that were recommended to my husband by Stephanie, over the phone, for his intense lower back pain. He is planning back surgery soon and we are hoping that these pain meds will help and give him some comfort. He took his first pill today so we don’t know the outcome yet but the store is very professional.

I hate to base my review on my one and only visit to this place, but that’s how it is. I went in last night (Friday 06.25.21). I live about 15 miles away, so it’s not very close for me to drive. I got there at 9:37pm and they do close at 10pm. I wanted to get my medical recommendation, which I have a valid and real condition to qualify. I get to the door and I tell the security guard/check-in employee, why I’m there. He tells me “oh sorry we stop doing the evaluations at 9:30pm. I pointed out it was only 9:37pm, literally minutes past your cut-off, and I live kind of far away. Also, when I had previously (called before I came) called, I was told it takes only 20 minutes to complete the evaluation. So I mention this and he tells me it’s impossible to fill out their form that quickly.I have filled out several packets for evaluations in the last 20 years and explained I could fill out the paperwork quickly and accurately. The security guard clearly didn’t want to make the effort. He again denies me. I tried to explain that I live a bit far away and I was told it takes only 20 minutes to complete and it’s only 9:39pm at this point, which gave me a minute to spare! He once again denied me. So as I’m leaving I let him know, I will just go to another dispensary and guess what, I will.So, my experience clearly wasn’t good. Obviously management and/or the owners don’t know this type of treatment of a customer is happening, at least I hope so. But, that’s their job as managers and owners to be aware of these types of situations. Because now they lost my revenue and I am writing this review, which will probably cause others to NOT give them their business which is additional lost revenue. All this because somebody didn’t want to do their job correctly and probably wanted to go hone as soon as the clock hit 10pm. I get that, I really do, but I could have completed my objective and had a minute to spare. There are at least two other dispensaries in the area l(E Vista Way), probably more than two, that you can give your business to.In all fairness,I emailed the management and I am pending their response.So, if they apologize and make good on this, I will post a follow up review. Owners need to know that if you have a negative experience that we will simply not give you our business and we will go to your competitors.These dispensaries make money hand over fist, on a daily basis. They sometimes forget that it’s their customers who supply this revenue.

This was my first experience with Jonah and felt he was very well spoken and confident in his information and loved that he was more interested in finding me exactly what I was looking for rather than just trying to push product. I live in Fallbrook and make the drive to Vista because I’ve had such wonderful experiences with the employees and definitely with the product. Also need to mention that I have purchased shirts, hoodies and hats from Tradecraft and they are great prices and very good quality. I will choose this place time and time again.
