Great Service. The guy is patient and listens well to what the customers need.

We take all of our farm tools (hand tools, battery operated, small engines) here for servicing and sharpening. Christian (at the counter) is always extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and if he doesn’t know the answer to a question he’ll find out and get back to us. They always offer to sharpen our tools while we wait, but I drop off for same day or next day pick up almost every time. Prices are fair and the service and results are excellent. Small businesses like this are GOLD. 10/10 Highly recommended!

Nice people cheep prices

Great work. Reasonable price. They took my 14 year old power mower that barely worked, was hard to start, the handle was coming off, stopped in the middle of mowing forcing me to pull and pull on the rope to restart over and over to finish my lawn. These guys came to my house, picked up my heavy, old piece of junk and returned it a couple of days later working like new. Everything fixed. Starts on first pull. Engine doesnt cut out and sounds great. Cannot compliment their work enough.

I bought a mower $175 I’ve used it once a month for six months the guy that sold it to me said if there’s any problems bring it back because it’s an old mower and I’ll take care of you I’ve used it six times it stopped working I bring it back I tell the guy give me a call and tell me what’s wrong with it before you fix anything they call me and tell me it’s ready I show up to pick it up and they give me a $70 bill I told him what happened when I bought it They proceeded and charged me $40 for labor why nobody called me ahead of time I have no idea now I’ve paid $215 for a lawnmower that’s over 10 years old Now he tells me I have a 30 day warranty as I’m leaving my receipt says 60 day warranty I turn around and go back inside a different guy at the counter I give him the receipt and ask him is my warranty 30 days or 60 days he tells me 30 days at first then I show them the receipt and he said 60 days I tell him the other guy said 30 days does anyone here have a clue

What a joke this place. Took me three physical inspections of the mower I had to get the proper # to which they order parts for. Same #, must have forgot to write it down I guess ??? Parts come in, one I need the most is not in bag. Yes it was I was told. Have witness it wasnt. Got home with all the parts being wrong, wanted to return them. Had to trick them into getting that done. Nice people but not very detail oriented. Helps a lot if you can speak Spanish. Thanks to others for warnings.

Great place to get small engines repaired

This place is a joke. They take advantage of you, they charge even for parts (air filter) they didnt install. One poor guy in the back trying to keep up with the work load while the rest cant even repair a broom.

Helpful and fast. Went to Harrisons a week before and hated it. Power mower got my parts and got me out in 5 minutes. Harrisons wants to show you your dumb for the diy guy. Power mower sells you what you want.

Told them what my problem was and they took the lawn mower to the backand bought it back to me done in 10 mins. Great customer service

Avoid this place at all costs. They have horrible customer service (repair updates, returning calls, etc). The woman working the front counter is inept and unorganized. She has a difficult time understanding English. They dont stand by their completion date, nor do they stand behind the repairs they do.
