Truly a top notch service center. Theyve handled everything from oil changes to a complete motor rebuild. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and communicative. Plus the prices are fair and reasonable.

Didnt have very good heat out of our jeep wrangler. Kirtlan Automotive was able to flush out the heater core and we now have hot heat! Couldnt beat the price. Plus i dont have to hear my wife complain about being cold on the way to work everyday, it was a win win.

Kirtlan Automotive was a very good place to take your vehicle in to get repaired. The one thing that frustrates me about other dealerships is the lack of communication. Kirtlan explained everything to help me understand what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done to repair it. These guys are really honest and hard working. The truck that was left there Sunday was back in working condition by Monday afternoon. Went back to get my car checked too. They did a complete check on my car in under 2 hours. They even changed my oil for me while they were at it. The waiting room was nice, so it wasnt boring to wait for my car to be taken care of either. They even had complimentary snacks.It was really helpful that they printed what their recommendations were to get fixed on my car on the receipt, or else I probably wouldve forgot. They even added the parts to my account with them so that they know exactly what they need to order when I do take my car back to get it fixed. The prices are fair too.

I wish I could give this place a zero, they first texted me that I couldnt bring the car back and have them fix the leak on my headers (I had them put new header on my 06 mustang gt). They said one to two weeks it would take, turns out they let it sit in their parking lot for two weeks and then when you go in and ask if it is done, they finally start on it. Then when I got my car back they had done it incorrectly, because taking off in low speeds you can hear a loud rattling noise coming from the engine, I would suggest you go somewhere else if your looking for someone to work on your exhaust!!

Very pleased with the alignment on my sons car. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and did the work to perfection. My son was very pleased by this. The pricing is right in line with other alignment shops in the area. Very knowledgeable staff and a pleasure to work with!

Was on a mission on the 3rd of Jan trying to get my dad moved back to Texas. We had rented a u-haul to pull back with our truck but we had a fuse out that ran the running lights for the trailer. The break lights and blinkers worked but not the running lights. On a 2016 Ram truck there are so many different fuses its insane. Well the gentleman who helped us at this place was so sweet and so quick at finding out exactly which fuse it was and it was a specific special fuse that they actually did not carry at the shop but they called around and thought they had found this one at the Napa Auto Parts but as it turned out we ended up having to code to the dealership but they were so fast and so efficient and so helpful if I ever end up in Wabash again needing car repair work Im going to this place. Thank you for helping us get on the road in a timely manner trying to get back into Texas

Great service great communication my daughter is about 5 hours away from home up at college thought she was having problems with her vehicle and was due to come home within 2 days. They checked everything out and found no problems charged me a minimal amount and she was on her way.

The management was nice and understanding. The mechanic working on my truck decided to drive it around like an idiot. I have a straight piped diesel truck so I could hear it and see the black smoke. He even drove like a idiot in their own parking lot. Will not be returning due to incompetent employee. Alignment was done correct though.

Im too cheap to buy a nice vehicle. Really, my wife and kids drive nicer stuff than I do so I cant afford a nice vehicle. Kirtlans keep all my rolling stock going. Newer stuff doesnt need so much, but the older stuff does. And Kirtlans knows how to keep it going as cost effectively as we can. Im always thankful theyre there for us.

Back at Kirtlan for more work on my C4 Corvette. These C4s are the bridge to the modern electronics in todays Vettes. Can be very difficult to work on and diagnose. Even a heater core is tough to replace. Dash is very low and difficult to work under. Kirtlans replaced the heater core. What surprised me was that he transmission gear selector had been broken for awhile and wouldnt move when changing gears. When I started driving the car home I noticed the gear pointer was repaired and working now. This was never mentioned and didnt cost me anything. Thanks Kirtlan Automotive above and beyond. Excellent place and excellent people.

Not completely sure yet on whether the service is worth the price. They are very friendly and will try to find out whats going on with you vehicle. Sometimes they are right and sometimes they are not.

Went in with a car engine noise, came out with $260 less in my pocket and the noise in engine; according to them a seal was changed that might help the noise. might help? you are the one that supposed to know if its going to fix the problem or not....
