Very Friendly Service.

Ive went through drive through many times and they are RUDE!! Not to mention my husband and daughter went in their on MOTHERS DAY so my daughter could print some pictures out, they didnt know how to work the kiosk so they ask a lady for help (she was kind) but she didnt know how to work it either she calls the manager 3 TIMES she finally comes out ROLLS her eyes and says she sorry I had to use the bathroom and doesnt even help goes into her office she was called again for another customer my husband said and never showed just stayed in her office!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE!!! you work in customer service leave your problems at the door!!!

They are always nice when I go in there and the people in the pharmacy are very through and and always have my scripts ready for me

There is one woman who works in the pharmacy who, every time I go there, all she does is complain about how busy she is or how she needs a break... Last time I checked she was at work.... Where people normally do WORK.

I have emphysema. My Dr sent order for inhaler...had to argue over a week later with male pharmacist. Had Dr on one phone...pharmacist on other. Pharmacist kept telling me they didnt send order. Low and behold...HE FOUND IT. AND...I HAD TO MAKE 4 TRIPS TO THE PHARMACY TO GET SCRIPTS. Just spent 15 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone. If theyre that understaffed...HIRE MORE HELP. I AM OVER WALGREENS. I SEE WHY PEOPLE STAY SICK. HECK...TOO MANY TRIPS TO GET WHAT THEY OVERLOOK. IF I COULD ID RATE WAY LESS THAN 1 STAR!OK...IT TOOK ME 3 PHONE CALLS...TWO TRIPS TO THEIR DRIVE THRU...TO GET A PRINT OUT. FED UP! THEE WORST PHARMACY ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH!
