Great small town grocery store. Heck of a lot better than going to a super store. I think small town folks may not understand what they have here. These are unicorns now. Love this place and its the only place we get our groceries when were in Wabash.

Honestly, I want to love this grocery store, but every time I go in, I find expired and extremely upcharged food on the shelves. Not to mention, aside from a handful of employees, an unhappy and rather rude staff. I go here once in a while to grab something quick, but half the time I cant even do that because, like I said, what I need is either expired or never stocked.

A very nice smaller grocery store with an amazing selection of items. There were great sales ( 1 dozen eggs for 37 cents as an example.) The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. This has to be one of the cleanest, well organized grocery store I have been in. Well worth the trip to Wabash. We will definitely be shopping there at least once a month. Did I mention that we found a lot of items that the larger grocery/everything stores ( Wal-Mart, Meijer, etc.) no longer carry?

This is a nice neighborhood grocery.Nice, helpful workers,weekly specials, and well stocked.Its great to have a store on the Southside of Wabash!

I love me some Bectols grocery store best meat selection by far in Wabash Lil high on some things though but when they have sales get your butt in there uYou definitely dont want to miss there sells

This is a great piece for old school cuts of meat. They package their meat with the price on bottom to make it easier to admire and choose your cut. Unfortunately I reported a bin of rotting shallots to 2 employees and neither of them cared enough to follow up on the report.

This place is amazing in all areas...deals,service,variety of items,quality of meat is incredible and they treat you like family ... love my Bechtols

The only locally owned grocery in Wabash. Clean, organized store with wonderful staff! Great meat sales and often times hard to find items. The owners work hard and are eager to please.

Yes it might be more expensive then the major chains but supported local businesses is the way to go. Plus you can get in and out with out having to fight crowds.

Bechtel Grocery Co. In Wabash Indiana is a very nice and convenient place to shop. Not a large chain store, which makes the experience even more enjoyable because of the size. There are plenty of items to choose from, including fresh meat, and vegetables. Lots of frozen convienent meals, a large variety of ice cream and frozen vegetables. With plenty of parking and great employees, it makes sense to stop by and shop.

I love that this grocery store is locally and family owned. However, the selections are minimal and the price is considerably higher unless you are shopping directly from the sale ad. Beef stew meat was marked by a tag in the cooler for $3.99 per pound, the tag on the package stated $5.25. They checked the tag and changed the price to the $3.99 per pound price of the tag on the cooler.

Im from out of town, but every time I can make it to Wabash, I have to visit Bechtols! They have these really great deals on certain products, and it changes every week. And the employees are so nice and helpful.

This store reminds me of grocery stores as a child. Where the owner actually works in it knows your name and stands behind all the products he carries. Just love it.

Normal item pricing is as expected for a local grocer but their sale prices are often better than the large competitor prices. The meat quality and taste is far superior to any grocery store in wabash amd would give pooles a run for their money at a price point/taste basis

Been shopping at Bechtols for years.Lived on Southside and it was close. So glad we have a grocery store on the Southside.

Bechtol grocery has been here in wabash for years i won tickets there once to a Purdue. Game it was awesome i like having. A grocery store here on southside wish the would lower some prices though there poter house steaks are huge and my whole family loves it
