Flawless Customer Service!!!!I purchased one of their electric hole punchers through Amazon. It worked great for about 4 months. After that, it started to get stuck. I contacted Amazon and they referred me to Martin Yale. I left a message and received a call the next day. I was asked to complete one form and told that they would have me ship it to them to see if it could be fixed. I received an email the next day that they would just send me a new one. The new one arrived in less that a week of my initial contact with them.

Great American manufacturer of print finishing machines, available all over the internet. We love our 1811 folding machine!

Do not give them your money. Their paper cutter is a piece of junk and when I tried to exchange, I was responsible for shipping costs. Martin Yale deemed it as not defective, made an adjustment and sent back the same one, refusing to reimburse for shipping. After adjustment, it still sucks.

Do NOT purchase from this company. They sent me a gallon of glue, that was packaged very sloppily. The lid had about half a roll of tape on it in a poor attempt to secure the lid. I couldnt open it, after a half hour of trying. I emailed them and they said, you should be able to open it (after telling them I couldnt open it). Then when I asked for help they emailed me back and told me to package it and ship it back to them for a refund. No sense of customer service. I called and spoke with a manager and she just talked over me. Avoid this company.

Bought P6200 letter folder. Absolutely did not work. Poorly designed. Unable to clear clogs and paper jams which were frequent. Got an ice cold & indifferent response when I returned the machine to the company. Do not buy! Check out any of their competitors and youll do much better!

I bought a 1217A paper folder. The machine was tricky to use, but once I read the manual closely I got acceptable performance out of the machine. There is a learning curve, but it works well for a machine under $1000.

Our company bought the Rapidfold desktop Letter folder in October we spent $600, it worked good a few times, now it shreds paper, crunches paper. Do not buy

I have purchased a Martin Yale Folder 1217A from MyBinding.com and the folder is a lemon. Sent the first one back to MyBindnd and received a second one that also does not work. I am a UPS Store Owner.
