Watch out for these guys. My husband has been roped in to buying toys because of a great deal they have going (the most recent one being a side by side). Now a few months later, like the other purchases, something is wrong with it and their waiting list to get something looked at is several weeks from when you take it in.

This place was really good. They helped my wife and I with a lot of info. The owner is really nice. The service guy I dealt with was really good with customers. He should be a salesman.

I am having issues with my sea doo spark going in to limp mode. I brought my ski to the service department and Patrick went out of his way to help me figure out what could be going on and also had Seth give me info on things to try. These guys are very knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal. I highly recommend Waco motor sports. I bought my ski new from them and will continue to do all my business with them.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Walked in selection in minimal at best. Whole time I was there one knuckle head was on phone and the other was in office. No one came and greeted me, helped me, not even acknowledged me. So I went to leave, guy walked right past me and never asked if I needed help or nothing. Looked at utv outside, guy walked out and again never even acknowledged me. Been to many power sports places and this is by far the worst. Never again and I was there to buy 3 four wheelers and a utv. Big loss for them.

I bought a can am Maverick X3 from here and Some of these 1star reviews are a little crazy. You cant be mad if someone is better at making a deal than you are or a better salesman than you are buyer. You cant be mad at a personal choice of mask or not and rate a company on that alone. This was literally one of the only places that took me on a test drive or let me drive the Can Am out of 8 other dealers we went to. Most these machines are a luxury and privilege to own. The equipment here speaks for its self and they sell you on the fun you can have with the equipment. After all if youre buying something from here you want it not need it for ranch, hunting, work or fun so these machines do just that. Sure they can make things easier or more fun but its still a want. The sales team knows this and are good at what they do and they will bend over backwards to make a deal even if they cant move to the price you would like them to. They even let me borrow their trailer to take my purchase 3hrs one way. They are very transparent on the deal to an extent, after all they have to make money too. Good business is not about telling you their exact margins of profit.I also personally like that they allow me to do a little looking around before jumping in with a salesman. Even though I already knew what I was there for. Overall I would recommend this shop for all your motorsport needs. I drove 3hours to do business with them.

I do not recommend this place at all!! We were looking for youth four wheelers for my daughter. We found this place on the webs and decided to check them out. Upon entering the front door, my wife and I and my daughter were encouraged to not wear a mask. After explaining that we would not remove them, we were met with attitudes from both him and the girl working behind the counter. This is not the time to encourage no masks guys!

I had been looking for a specific used machine. I made contact with Javier and in a few minutes we had a deal over the phone. He helped arrange delivery for me (at a very reasonable cost) and the machine arrived as promised. On time and in the condition I expected. We all want the same thing. A hassle free transaction with no surprises. Good job Javier.

Above average prices, beautiful vehicles. We came knowing what we wanted and prepared to purchase. We walked the lot and the floor, for at least 30 minutes. Multiple salespeople, none so much as greeted us. No, not one. Took my business elsewhere.

First impressions we excellent, smoothest process ever purchasing the boat we wanted but then when it really mattered Waco Motorsports had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The boat has had nothing but problems since the day we bought it and instead of being upfront and feeling bad that they sold something that wasnt of good quality that was brand new we have gotten nothing but run around and delays. If you want to just have a quick place to buy a boat or ATV then Waco Motorsports would be it but dont expect them to be of service after they have made the $$ off you. You are simply money in their pocket, not a lifetime client.

You know finding a mechanic is difficult when it comes to you’re car or truck. So when you find one you send all your friends to them because they’re trustworthy. My first experience with Waco Motorsports exceeded my expectations. They were able to get my 4x4 Yamaha in working order within a few days at an excellent price. With my father in law being in town from Virginia to go mudding i was in a tough situation. Waco motorsports made all the frustration go away with their excellent service department. Much thanks to all of you, Patrick especially.

Parts personel were very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices seemed great compared to local competition. Im bringing my bike in tomorrow for minor maintenance and will update my review accordingly.Service manager remained professional and courteous throughout the rest of my experience but the woman working the service desk led me on for a month. She kept telling me they needed another week for a month. The straw that broke the camels back was that she eventually told me she never said a week.I have no problem leaving my bike somewhere for a long time to get work done but the moment I am lied to I can not trust anything you tell me and you dont deserve my money.

This is the best place to shop for all of your off road vehicles etc. Brian went above and beyond to make sure we got a good deal. Everyone was so friendly and willing to explain everything to us. After my experience with Brian I won’t shop anywhere else and I highly recommend Waco motor sports.

Do not take anything into them for repairs. Went in for an oil change in my boat, they overfilled both engines by 1.5 quarts each. Then their tech argued with me that he didnt overfill but under filled. Ended up going to Yamaha dealership and it was confirmed they overfilled, had to get new spark plugs and air filters in each engine along with everything cleaned from excess oil. $$$$ later.

I chose this place because they do warranty work for Tracker boats. Patrick, in the service department, went above and beyond to get some repairs covered under warranty. When I got my boat back, it looked great. Thank you all so much for your hard work and getting my boat ready for the summer.

Today I went into Waco powersports, seeking to purchase a new Can Am X3, stock number 000242, I was met by sales person Javier. The show experience was pleasant. The unit was listed for 18,999 online, but when I arrived, I was informed that that unit was sold to another dealership, but they had the same model in a different color, listed for 19700, but would honor the online price and sale me the unit for 18999. I test road the unit and started to fill out the credit application for the unit, when another salesman with tattoos, stepped in and said we are not going to sale you that unit for 18999, even after my salesman had agreed. He then proceeded to tell me he would sale me a used unit for that price that had the parts missing off the rear, but had some add on extras, that would justify spending the same price on a used unit that a person would for a new unit. I told them I didnt come in to buy a used unit, and that another salesman telling another salesman not to sell a unit for essentially 19000, simply because of the color, after an agreed upon price is bad business, and will be contacting BRP about this experience, as such essentially cost Can Am money and is a poor representation of Can Am in Waco, especially when considering I am a perkspot VIP customer, 100% disabled veteran, and avid offroader in the central Texas area, and this is how Can Am is being represented in this area. While dealing with Javier was pleasant and professional, the salesman with tattoos, attempting to sale used units over new units, and stepping on other salesman sales, costing both the dealership and Can Am money is a piss poor, way of doing business, especially considering who you are attempting to mess over, in an area full of veterans.

I was looking for someplace to work on the lower unit on my 115 Yamaha. Their outboard mechanic really knows his stuff. He fixed it and had it ready to pickup the very day he said he would. A month faster than the other shops. Clifton and the crew were friendly and the price was reasonable. Good job guys!

After reading some of the negative reviews from other customers, I was reluctant to use the service department. I am happy to say I experienced excellent service from Patrick (service manager) and Glenn (the tech). Both were respectful and courteous and took the time needed to complete the service on my boat and explain the issues. They also took care of the warranty paperwork with Tracker. Ill be returning here for service again.

Sales person Chris was great, bought UTV with 597 miles, discovered that was the trip reading. Machine actually has almost 6000 miles. That is a ton on an ATV. Will update review if they step up to the plate.

The employees in this place are terrible so I rate it zero stars. They stand around visiting with each other and offer no help. I finally just left ticked off. I will never shop here again with that type of customer service.

2-17-16No response? Got a call from service today, stating my cart was ready to be picked up. I picked up the cart up. Paid for the Spark plug, that was I assume fouled be the original problem that was covered under warranty. ??. Cart died and would not start when I was loading it on the trailer. I noticed after finally getting it started, loaded and home that there were bolts missing, wires not secured in the proper clips and the air intake was not secured to the cart. While trying to ride the cart, It continuously kept dying out and would not hold an idle. At about an hour, it died completely and would not start. After securing some of the wires that were left loose, I was able to get it to start. However, it would not start. Bringing it back, in the morning with an expectation of a full refund of all costs incurred. Would greatly appreciate a prompt response.Derrick Arndt

We literally have never been so dishonestly dealt with befor by any other business, EVER! We trusted the repair guys to do some small repairs on our motorcycles, then we agreed to leave the bikes there to sell on consignment. We live out of state, so could not check on things in person. The expenses they racked up were outrageous and they claimed one thing after another was needed. Wed had the bikes thoroughly serviced not long before this, so we knew they were not in desperate condition. But, we needed them fixed and sold, and we were at the mercy of the Waco Motorsports. We compared prices of parts online to what they charged us and were sickened at the hundreds and hundreds of dollars we were being ripped off. THEN, when the first bike sold, one person told us the sale price and the check we received in the mail was almost $4,000 LESS! Asking to see the sales paperwork got us no where and we saw NO papers! The story goes on and on, but unless you want to be completely ripped off, do not do business with these people.

Brought my Suzuki motorcycle in to install new tires, oil changed, plugs replaced, air filter changed, check rear drive fluid. When I dropped the bike off on Friday at 1pm I asked if I could pick it up at closing time on the following Tuesday. Patrick, the Service Writer, said That shouldnt be a problem. When I called on Tuesday at 3pm to make sure I would be able to ride the bike home, I was told it wasnt ready. They would try and get it done before closing. Patrick called me to tell me the delay was because of a broken bolt that the previous repair shop had caused. I reminded him that they were the previous repair shop and that they would have caused the problem. I was informed that I wouldnt have to pay for the labor to fix that problem. It should be ready tomorrow...probably by noon. I called on Wednesday, at noon, and they said it wasnt quite ready. Then at 4pm they called me and told it was ready and that my repair bills were $325. I told them I would pick it up at 5. Then I got a call back and the same service department employee told me that he had told me the wrong amount. The total amount of my repairs was $929. It included $427 of labor costs for putting on the tires. I asked to talk to Patrick and I then questioned him on the amount of labor he was charging. Most motorcycle repair shops charge $45 - $60 per tire to mount new tires on a bike. The job takes about an hour to an hour and half to do. Patrick informed me that Waco Motorsports was charging me $95 per hour for 4.5 hours of labor! The labor cost more than the tires!I wont be back for service, parts, or to purchase anything.

Long story short. Paid cash for 2 4wheelers. Brought in for carb rebuild and left them for 2 weeks. Drove an hour to pick up and 1 wouldnt start. Said water was in carburator they supposedly rebuilt. Told us they would fix and bring to us with fuel stabilizer for free for the trouble. But when the guy got here said his boss said no. Very rude voicemail this morning from Patrick saying they went above and beyond for us. All we wanted is for them to do the job right In the first place. Con artist and liars. I RECOMMEND YOU SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO ELSEWHERE.

I bought 2 ATVs from here this past year. So far I have had 3 neg. experiences. Had to bring back a dead battery the first weekend just to be able to ride it. Bought 2 oil replacement kits - one had the wrong filter in it, had to come back and get the correct one. Just picked up my ATVs after they have had them for a month expecting them to have done some work under warranty only to find they charged me ~ $150.00 labor to tighten a battery terminal and hose off some dirt. The noise one makes, which is not normal sounding, the service guy says all of them make. Yet, Ive never ridden another one that had made the same high pitched CONSTANT SQUEAL, it is deafening! I would NOT recommend purchasing from this place. The service dept is horrible!! Customer service or satisfaction is poor!

Will never use this place again spent $900 total get 4 wheeler serviced and a over heating issue fixed really stressed several times to make sure it was fixed because of a bad experience I had with another dealership. Assured me it was the thermostat and was fixed. Overheated 1st time I rode it. Diagnosed it myself dirt dobbers nest locked fan up called Patrick said it needed thermostat an they would fix fan for half cost of $350 part an no labor found OEM part for $210. Dont trust them told Patrick Id fix it myself. Out enough for parts and labor it didnt need.

Parts department is incompetent. We have ordered several parts that have been delayed or shipped late. Now they cant even order a head gasket on a product they carry on the showroom floor. Very unprofessional, we wouldnt recommend them for any business transactions or products. We have tractors on the farm dating back to 1937 and we can still order parts for, but they cant order a head gasket for a 2012-2014 Kymco 500 UXV. Its a very sad dealership.

I was driving my Kymco scooter on a road trip from Austin to Plano to see a customer. When I hit Waco my scooter started loosing power. The service department wasnt open yet, but one of the mechanics immediately looked at my scooter and diagnosed the problem. They saved me from having to cancel my business trip. I cant say enough good things about their service department!

I recently purchased a new Can Am Maverick from Waco Motorsports and was told all recalls were done on my new machine. I recently found out a major recall was not done on the machine and also while talking with Can Am customer service that Waco Motorsports did not register my machine. It has been 7 weeks since purchasing the machine and this will affect my warranty since there was a promotional warranty available at the time purchase. Can Am has opened a case for my new purchase and helping me resolve the issue. I also was told by another Can Am dealer that they have had other customers have the same problem when purchasing from Waco Motorsports. Do yourself a favor and avoid the problems with Waco Motorsports.

The macanic chick Danielle will rip you a new one. Will say she installed parts that she didnt, take aftermarket add-on parts you had and youll never see them again. The service department sux parts counter told me they would have a clutch cable the next day a week later it was finally there. This shop is trash.

These guys are crooks and need to be shut down The owner is Brian Schroeder and he will say what every it takes to hook in on the sale but when it comes time to stand behind his product you mite as us TP and wipe your rear-end because thats what he did with it, we bought jet skis from him and they are both junk we had to get BRP involved to get any action the good thing is that we where they are looking to handle the problem in Waco with a change.

Buyer beware! They are dishonest and will lie straight to your face. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from these people. They ripped me off.

I bought two Sea Doo Sparks there two years ago and just had the solenoid on one of them fail. I dropped it off the same day I reported the problem and had it fixed and back to me less than 24 hours later.

You cannot get someone to return your calls, they will not put you in touch with a manager when you ask for assistance and do not deal fairly with repair expenses, particularly if you’re out of town to them and they know they have you over a barrel.
