The real crime is not being able to rate them less than 1-star.Terrible customer service. The absolute worst of any business in any industry Ive ever suffered.I have their machine empty, just wasting electricity, because we havent had a delivery show up in 4 months.Theyll cancel your delivery without notice. Of course you wont know this for 3 days because its their policy to give you no updates for a minimum of 3 business days. You cant directly call someone locally, everything is routed through a call center and no one knows anything about anything. At all. Its not until 3 business days later that theyll tell you the order was cancelled. They cant give you a reason or by whom, just that it now needs to be resubmitted. Wash, rinse, repeat. For 4 months now. This is far beyond a supply chain or delivery driver issue. The only exception to the not knowing why something was cancelled or not having to wait 3 days has been this weeks exception. The delivery driver noted no money indicating that they showed up with the delivery but I couldnt pay. But according to my security cameras, coke never showed up.The sales rep avoids me, even marking in my account notes that she had spoken with me and the issue was resolved. Nope, still no word or resolution. Their delivery drivers are lying, the sales representatives are lying, their call center employees are super sweet and completely understand, and Im here with no product. Still.
