I liked everything that I saw and that I purchased. The customer service was excellent! I didnt have someone giving me a hard sell on something I didnt need. When I had the bike fitted, I was impressed with the level of attention to detail. I had purchased some components that needed mounted on to the bike. They were installed without hesitation. Buying a new gravel bike and all of the ancillary items associated with the bike was enjoyable. Your store made it easy.

My P3 had a broken set screw multiple professions tried to fix it. Gated was great he listened to us talk about the problem. He was very thoughtful about the solution. He was smart and thought about ways to approach the fix. The fix was creative. It will be race ready.The bike was clean fixed and ready to go.Wish my local bike shop was as good.

The selection at bicycle world is better than any other shop in Central Texas. I had to drive up from Austin in order to get the bike I was looking for. I was in the shop on Saturday September 4th to pick up my new bike. I want to compliment the whole staff in this shop, everyone took time to talk to me and make me feel like a friend. Austin who was helping me with my purchase went above and beyond his role to assist me in my purchase and to help get my bike rack set up to carry my new bike home. The service guy who helped install cush core on my bile was great in his helping me decide that it was a good idea for the type of riding I do and had installed really quickly knowing I came from out town for this bike. My experience at Bicycle World could not have been better. Keyson spent over four hours helping me as I tested different road and gravel bikes of different brands and sizes, making adjustments to each to make sure I got the best suited/fitted bike for my needs. Him and Austin were very knowledgable and so friendly. It was worth our drive out from Austin to Waco to buy from them.

He provided the amount of time that it would take. I let him know that I would be coming from out of town and when I was available. Jared understood and made the build happen. I entered the store looking for some tubes and tires for my bicycle and was greeted by someone who I can’t recall his name but he had a beard and wore glasses. He was super helpful about getting exactly what I needed for my bike. I went in thinking it was going to be over $150 for what I needed but I got 2 tires and 2 tubes for around 50 bucks. I highly recommend this place for your bicycle needs here in Waco.

Let me just say . . . Bicycle World Waco is an awesome bike shop. Bought a Giant Defy (which turned out to be the wrong bike for me). Returned the bike for an in store credit. They were very gracious and worked with me to get the bike I wanted and needed (which turned out to be the Giant TCR). Everyone that I worked with was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Did a bike fit which dialed it in perfectly. Ready to put on many miles . . . hopefully with many smiles.

This shop is awesome! Bought my bike online from Giant back in March, and Bicycle World delivered it to my house in Austin the next day! Not only that, but two free sport tunes a year is better than all my local shops in Austin. Recently I brought my bike in for its tune plus some other maintenance, and I was walked through what the team here would be inspecting and servicing. Turns out my wheels didnt need to be trued, and my suspension service was excessive for the hours on the bike. Pretty impressed that they gave me a breakdown of all services I would need for the hours on my bike versus miles on my bike. I will recommend this shop to anyone! I went to eat at Fuzzy Taco for cinco De Mayo, and I was going to visit afterwards, but as soon as I got parked some large man told me that I couldn’t park in their parking lot. I am disappointed, and displeased. They share a parking lot with J-petal, and other businesses. I don’t care to ever visit bicycle world. Just this employee continues to annoy others that park, and is honest running off future customers . Are these employees trained to do this, and are they always this rude?

He inspires trust by listening smartly, thoroughly knowing his products, patiently answering questions, and never blowing smoke. Because Jared is a model of courtesy and insight, I drove nearly 2 hours to buy the bike. Well worth it.Plus, the stores design and presentation were exemplary. You feel good just being in the space. I reached out to Bicycle World Waco a few months ago when I was searching for a new bike. At the time and just like many other shops, Bicycle World Waco didnt have the bike I was searching for. I was in contact with Joe Self (Store Director) who was extremely professional, helpful and Joe told me he would reach out to me when they received more stock and found had something at the price point I was considering. I ended up finding a mountain bike a month or so after speaking with Joe but he held to his word and still reached out to me when he had what I was looking for. Wow. This place is fantastic. I’m writing this review while I’m still in the store because they’re just that great. I know nothing about bikes and I came in with torn apart rims and tubes and they got me fixed up with all the right stuff and are doing the install on the spot. Very satisfied. Best bike shop! I moved away from waco a few months ago. Came back for a visit this weekend. My bike chain broke the day before I left and my local shop had nothing. I called Bicycle World and they had the part and got me in for repairs as soon as I arrived in Texas. If it wasnt for this place my weekend of riding would have been cancelled.

For our daughters 8th birthday, we took her to Bicycle World to pick out a new bike. Deanna was a huge help. Of course, our daughters primary objective was to find a purple or pink bike. After figuring out the size that would work, Deanna stepped to the back to see what they had in inventory. When she came back she said they had a purple bike and would just need to put it together. She showed us a picture of the bike on her computer, helped find a matching helmet and in 15 minutes or less, we were done! We expected it to take a day or so for them to put the bike together and call, but we received a call only hours later saying the bike was ready for pick up.Good service can be hard to come by, but the team at Bicycle World Waco has it down! I live in the Austin area and drove to Waco to get my Giant Revolt 2 from Bicycle World Waco. First, I (and maybe more surprisingly my wife) was very happy with the pre-sales service that we got there.The after sales service was just as good.!They offer a 30 day tune-up as well as twice a year checkups on new bikes. For my 30 day service, they got my bike riding even better than it was when I bought it. You know there are always those little things that you dont notice during the test ride or until you get home. They provide a great service in getting those items straightened out so that you can enjoy your bike.I highly recommend this business and cant wait to get a bike fit there too.
