Bad customer service. Employee was rude including the manager, so rude! They have the worst customer service Ive ever received. Bad attitude towards customers. I do not recommend this place at all!

Went into the store & a nice lady asked if she could help me & I told her what I wanted. She took me over to the brand of flip flops I wanted, got my size & I was checked out in less than 30 minutes. I will be going back when I need shoes.

This place was packed. They were having buy one get second half off. Well the stock was limited so we couldnt find a second pair stood in line got to the counter and they were only taking cash. It was crazy to see how that many people still carry cash and that much cash because they were buying several pairs of shoes. Man you could blocked that door and took all that money....seems like somebody running a scam on the owner?

They have a really good selection of shoes for decent prices. About the same as Academy

Regina the manager was extremely rude. Refused a refund of unworn shoes due to a small piece of dirt on the bottom, claiming that made them unable to return. I’ve contacted corporate. In the meanwhile, I’ll never go back here. Much better options available.Update: got them returned at another location, which I think highlights the absurdity here. What happened to “the customer is always right “? Strange how hard of a stand a manager would take against a small return?

It was good dint have the shoe size I wanted in stick but was offered to order it if I wanted to but I went with another shoe instead the ladies up there were very helpful well go back again

Cant remember the associates name, I think she was a manager, but I was JUST there about 20 minutes ago. She was helpful and very polite; even gave me a discount on one of the pairs of shoes I purchased! The bottom of one shoe was kind of yellowed instead of bright white like the other shoe of the pair; she offered to order a pair for me and have it shipped but I explained I didnt mind the yellowed shoe at all because theyd get dirty anyway (Im a tattoo artist and inky shoes are inevitable, lol). She then added a discount that I actually wasnt aware of until I left the store and checked my receipt to do a survey. Pleasant surprise! Im picky about where I buy shoes but Im glad I happened to swing through here. Theyll have a repeat customer through me!

Lots of shoes but I was looking for different colors in shoes. For me nothing poped but there was a variety of styles.

The staff are friendly and they do have some great sales like their current buy one get one half off. They also will inform you if there are any discounts to be applied from your points account. All staff have always helped me find a size or color quickly and with a smile.

Great selection and prices. You can save a lot of money just by their specials alone. Sometimes when you order from their website online so before you buy in store, check to see if there is a better deal online.

Cashiers lie about return policy and what it takes. Serious hygiene issues as well and limited stock on common sizes. I think they get factory rejects too because these shoes wear out and become reason just a few weeks for Nike brand which i know to be great from normal stores and last years.

Im thinking that they are having a BOGO sale, so its time to shop. I need a black pair and a brown pair of dress work shoes. They carry Clarks. There is a man working on the isle that Im shopping on the entire time and he never said a word. I could not find any shoes that fit. I didnt think that I had an odd shoe size, but nothing. There were several people working while I was there. More than I would think they need, but not one asked if I could use some help. No one ever said hello when I walked past them. I lady finally asked if she could help me as I was about to walk out the door. No thank you.

Not terrible experience but not great at all. When you enter the store be ready to service yourself. The guy was behind the counter 80% of the time and the other 20% he was on his phone. Didnt ask anybody a single question the 15 mins I was in the store. I looked for my size but since I wasnt ever greeted nor acknowledged I didnt care to give the store any of my money. Even if the deal they have was a BOGO 50% off... Ill spend my money elsewhere. Oh but he did say good bye to me from behind the counter.
