Oh my gosh!!! The best breakfast pastry ever!!! I got a pecan twist and had it warmed up! Wow, it was a little like a cinnamon roll and a little like struedel. My husband and I shared it because it is huge! It was only $2. What a bargain with all those pecans on it! Go get you one!

Nice selection of meats, kolaches and other local goods. We missed on coffee because of when we showed up but well go back and try that.They also have an interesting selection of house made sausage products.

They had just what I was looking for. Picked up two beautiful Tomahawk Ribeyes that turned out delicious. We will be returning for more.

First class operation and top quality meats. Grabbed some bacon wrapped filets and some tiger shrimp, and wow!Absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer service. Expect to pay more because you get what you pay for. It was worth every penny. Will be back soon. Well done👍👍

Waco, great place, good people, bad people, good food, bad food, honestly Waco Texas is a beautiful tapestry of ugly thread that coil around the throats of the kind people that live there.Anyway, the place was good.

Limited inventory. I was underwhelmed when I walked in. The staff were gruff and not very friendly or helpful. Sad because I was hoping for a nice meat market to buy from regularly

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. First off, most coffee shops open early but WCM opens at 9:00AM after everyone is already at work. The girl behind the coffee counter was on her phone paying no attention to customers coming in. Very small selection of pastries and the employee did not even know what a scone was. Lastly, there was a fly inside the pastry display case. My apologies for the bad review but needed to be addressed.

I like what they have to offer but they seem annoyed when you want several different kolaches and pies. Also the store opens late and closes early. How about not closing up the meat cutting area til after the doors are locked?

Not as much selection as I expected. They charge you $3 more per pound if you have them cut it. Overall energy from the staff was lackadaisical.

Im going to stop buying meat from HEB and Walmart after today. I had no idea that the meat here is cheaper and the quality is so much better. The people are fun. We need to talk about bread pudding too. Dont buy it because youre going to eat it and then youre going to buy more. Its really good.

First visit a week or so ago and really impressed with the staff and the selection. Stopped by last Saturday as we were in town. Left with a great selection of beef, peppered bacon sliced to order. We will be back soon for the $100 Summer beef selection. I understand it will be the Fall beef selection. It is worth a 45 mile drive to Bear Land for us. SIC EM BEARS!

Great spot with meat, seafood, canned items like honey, pickles and jam. Small amount of fresh vegetables and high end coffee. Beer, snacks, and much more. Staff was very nice!

Our first visit. We tried the meat and cheese and fruit kolaches. They were delicious. Staff was super friendly. It was clean and we enjoyed looking around at everything they had. Nice to have something like this in Waco. Dont have to drive all the way to West now.

Butcher was very friendly, and knowledgeable, lady at the other counter not so much, got a heck of a deal on some steaks, but I wish they had a bigger selection.

Im originally from West but I live here in Waco now. Needless to say, I was excited to find some decent looking kolaches near me. Honestly, they give the bakeries in West a run for their money. I buy the day old kolaches and have them for breakfast all week.

Heavenly Cinnamon Rolls!Made my first trip to Waco custom Marketplace on Wednesday. Just did a look around to see that they had a great selection of specialty items from Fredericksburg and Central Texas, nuts, spices, honey, bulk grains, etc.The meats looked good but I was there particularly for the bakery. Struck gold! I have been searching for a fabulous cinnamon roll since HEB quit carrying one that was wonderful -- not the current ones they are selling.If you like your cinnamon rolls with a lot of good bread and a little bit of cinnamon goodness between the roles, go to Magnolia Table or Bliss Bakery. But if you like your cinnamon rolls awash in cinnamoney, gooey goodness you will LOVE the cinnamon rolls at Waco custom Marketplace!Will be making regular Saturday runs for Super Sunday morning treats of awesome cinnamon rolls. The kolaches and cake slices were also great.
