INCREDIBLE selection of Baylor gear and great prices! I like being in this store. And the staff is super helpful.

Bought a t-shirt in June that had a defective decal which washed off after the first washing. I initially called and did not get any help with exchanging the shirt, but when I called back the manager kindly sent us a new shirt. Thank you so much!

We live 1200 miles from Waco. We were visiting Baylor to check out the campus as I will be attending there in the fall. I knew about Barefoot for several months and was very excited to visit. I wanted a hoodie or jacket, because I already had a bunch of t-shirts. I was extremely disappointed to find out that Barefoot is charging $80-$120 for a JACKET. I could see if the jackets had huge emblems on them, but they were about quarter sizes logos. If I spent that much on a jacket, I’d have to go hungry for a week… I tried to settle & buy a shirt, but even those ran for at least $30 a piece. Their prices are not only outrageous, but their sizing is disappointing. The largest size I seen in the entire store was a women’s XXL, and this was even hard to find. They had a few jackets on sale for $15, but only small sizes. Given the cheap materials the majority of the clothes are made of, they would shrink tremendously. Luckily Baylor is an amazing school, otherwise our long trip would have been really disappointing. I feel like I could learn how to sew and make jackets myself at a cheaper price…

Rough fabric materials and the labels are fading after very first wash. Very disappointed because the clothes are fairly pricey. Save your money here and just go to the Baylor bookstore where they have better quality for the same price.They didnt have hardly any mediums or larges, they had XSs and XLs.

AMAZING customer service, very respectful and attentive employees. Wonderful selection of Baylor attire, a bit pricey but customer service makes up for this. Definitely will recommend this store to my peers. Will be back soon! SIC Em’

Was extremely disappointed to find out that the store is not following any CDC recommendations. None of the employees were wearing masks in the shop nor were customers advised to wear masks. This directly goes against Waco‘s recommendations. I really don’t recommend supporting them.

Update: Abi, the store mgr personally called me to resolve this. She offered several options, and had already checked around to other stores to secure a medium jacket in case Id like to still exchange it! She mailed it at no charge with a pre-paid return label for the small one I purchased.Thank you so much for the 5 star treatment! Original 1 star post: I really loved this store despite its being a bit pricey. Bought my mom a cute leopard jacket for $70 (!) for Christmas when in town. However, its too small and just wanted to exchange it for a medium. No mediums in stock & now that its been over 30 days, the store will not even exchange it for something else or for store credit! What I find wrong with this is that almost every other single retail store now offers a longer return policy right after Christmas (for me its been 48 days) as I bought it when I was visiting Waco. Thats the other thing, Waco has become a destiny city to visit so since I live in Dallas I could not come right back right after Christmas! Im willing to make another 1.5 hour trip to Waco, not to return this but to exchange & repurchase! I would think store front retailers would be more accommodating these days competing with cyber stores. Its unfortunate. Im sure there are other Baylor attire stores that are more shopper friendly! It is a friendly town!

Stopped by to do some late Christmas shopping for my wife, the staff was SUPER helpful and very friendly. I will most definitely go back! This is my new favorite place to buy Baylor gear. Thank so much to the sweet girls that helped me out.

Went into the store in Waco and was instantly greeted by very polite ladies! Very organized store with a very fun energy! Made me feel comfortable enough that I could literally be barefoot! The manager, Dana, went above and beyond to help me find what I needed! Thank yall so much!

Stopped in yesterday right before close and was very pleased with the exceptional amount of Midway products! The staff was very nice and helpful and didn’t seem to mind that I was shopping a few minutes before close! Very very impressed, I will be back!

We found this store over the weekend when visiting for Christmas at the Silos, extremely impressed with the selection of not only Baylor products, but also Waco merchandise. The staff was extremely nice and was able to help us pick out great souvenirs... They also recommend other hidden gems in Waco! Overall very impressed!!

Barefoot’s employees were not wearing masks during the pandemic.

I was in Waco store today. I was the only customer with four workers who never acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. They were chatting or on their phone. I never do reviews but this one I had to because it was a terrible experience. I am a senior citizen and I was treated as invisible. Maybe they need an older person in there who has manners.

This is the cutest little store. I stopped by this store when I came to Waco I heard they have really good sales around the holidays. Customer service was a 10/10. Great selection of Baylor and Waco shirts and hats.
