Good prices love this store

I am an avid, life long thrift shopper and I love this place! I drop off clothes that dont work for me. The staff lets me know what they couldnt take and why. They are pretty particular which I appreciate as I buy most of my clothes here. They do not take certain brands such as Faded Glory (Walmart) which makes sense. The staff is laid back, which again, I like. If I have questions they will help, but otherwise I shop in peace. Like any consignment shop, you never know what you might find, which is the best part of shopping consignment!

I love this place! Anytime I am in from out of town I make sure we go by!! They have such a great selection with wonderful prices.

A friend of mine took a load of clothes to this store just recently. They kept a few and told her they didnt want the other clothes because they were out of style. Most of the clothes were like new and some new with tags still on them. They told her they could take the clothes of hers they didnt want and donate them. She left them there because she was so upset. I told her I bet theyll sell all those clothes. She said they should call the store Another Reason. She said most of the clothes she saw in the store looked older than the ones she had brought in.

Very Very Poor service at this place. When I walked in I saw 3 sales people just chit chatting, they didnt even bother to ask If I was looking for anything specific or say Thanks for coming. I proceeded to walk around and still nothing. The two young girls were just talking about baby chickens. Walked to the back and saw another employee, same thing, did not acknowledge me at all. So, I decided to just leave. No thanks for coming, get the hell out or anything.

Not impressed at all. Never got the right amount for my items on consignment.

Everything is way over priced!!! These people don’t understand the meaning of second hand!!

Extremely friendly staff, great clothes, and great prices.

I have brought a few things in there but I dont plan on returning....first off they pass off fake coach items as real even when I pointed around three things that they had on desplay as fake they didnt care. One of the ones they took down and when I came in to buy something the next day it was back on desplay. Beware! They arent even good fakes....I explained why they were fake with their made in china tags on the inside and the Cs cut off completely. I showed them that coach always uses a certian brand of zipper also. They were passing off these fakes even knowing they were fake at this point for 40 plus dollars for a small clutch. Beware of the fake coach jewlery box in there also. They do have some real items....way over priced....you could buy it new for that...they are scammers. Even with pointed out fake they acted like they were concerned and then put them right back out when I left.

A bit to pricey for me

Very poor service I went in to pick up a check first off I walked in and was completely ignored there were two sales girl just standing at the end of the counter just talking did not say can I help you or anything then two white customers walked up and one sales girl decide she is gonna come up to the counter and I give her a harsh look so then she decides to ask can I help you when I told her what I was for she pretends she cant find my name I told her I dont no why you cant find my name when I clearly called before I got there so I wouldnt have to wait seriously!!!!.Finally I get my check but I also have $21.00 coming but she precedes to tell me its in store credit but mind you Ive been here in the past and I no any money over $20.00 is given in a check I no racism when I see when I see it and this store has it.
