Horrible!! Very upsetting. Lady in the front tonight was so RUDE. She didnt want to give her name and her nametag was hidden. Bring back the young heavy weight young man, he is very helpful but her in the picture just rude and useless!! I have also filed a formal complaint to CVS Corp. Here you go No Name Karen!

Store is clean, open, bright and inviting on the inside. No cashier in site. Luckily for me there was a sign up saying what I needed they were out of. We turned around and walked back out. Prices are a bit more, I always have to wait in either a long line or look for a cashier. Frustrating.

Worst service ever! NICOLE is Very rude and could have been more helpful on how to use moneygram, it was my first time using it. And oh boy! She did make me never want to use it or EVER GO THERE AGAIN! Her ignorant behavior is very uncalled for in that position she is in.

I switched from a local pharmacy and have received much better service, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and take time to explain new medications. I really appreciate the staff taking time to help me with my prescriptions.

I couldn’t believe how disgusting the women’s restroom was and that’s that they keep it locked. sheesh who ever runs that store shame on you!!

Never had an issue shopping here or finding anything, but the drive thru is supposed to be for picking up prescriptions not fixing customer issues. Please ask the customer politely to come inside to resolve it so you can help other people. Ive been sitting in the drive thru behind one woman for AT LEAST 15 minutes so far if not longer. It doesnt seem to be ending any time soon either. This is a huge waste of gas and time.

If I could give them no stars I would. My moms service is today and the lady manager whoever she is told me she would not give me the pictures if I didnt change my attitude. For real? Wow. What a miserable person to act like that to someone who just lost their parent. Wow is all I can say. Yall need undercover boss up in there.

Extremely unorganized the store is dirty and cluttered and shelves are not stocked. The Head manager does NOT manage well at all. They need better management.I would go somewhere else before I stop here again.

Kendra (in the oharmacy) is the nicest pharmacy tech I have ever dealt with. Im a type 1 diabetic. So, I have dealt with plenty of pharmacists and pharmacy techs. Kendra was the sweetest and most caring one I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you Kendra!!!

Not the place to go if you want a quick trip to pick up your prescriptions. Even before COVID hit, drive through service was slow. Now it is absurd. Got in line with 2 cars ahead of me and it took 30 minutes for me to get to the window.Got to the window, the person looked at me, looked at the line behind me and then walked off...hmmm. lady came back in about 2 minutes with her mask beliw her nose..makes me feel safe especially sitting next to the COVID Test drop off box. Hmm again.Whatever the reason, I am now going to sever my 10 year tie with CVS and transfer everything to HEB. They are closer and friends report much better customer service.If you have lots of time on your hands that you want to waste waiting in lines. I hardly recommend doing business st CVS.

Very efficient about taking care of their customers. They call to let me know my prescriptions are needing refilled and they call my doctors to get my prescriptions approved at which point they call to let me know my prescriptions are ready for pickup. They also have products in store I cant get anywhere else. I like doing business with them because they go out of their way to serve me. Im sure they do it for everyone.

Pharmacy hours posted on entrance doors. Management staff always goes above and beyond to assist with questions and item hunts. The most kind and efficient management crew I’ve ever experienced in retail.

Im Epileptic and I ran out of my recuse mediation. Word got around and the manager doesnt approve controlled substances. I do not abuse drugs. I used legal prescriptions to treat my episodes. When I didnt hear anything from the pharmacy and I called the nurse to see if she can help (which she always does) and the manager hung up on her???

I usually just go here to print out pics, a while back I seen another customer sorting thru pics on one of their kiosks and one of the employees was standing at a distance behind her at one of the shelves watching as she was looking thru her pics. Very rude in my opinion as thats invasion of the customers privacy, like stop bein a creeper and let us customers shop in peace without one of yall watching us.

Used to be a great pharmacy. Long-haired hippy guy ruined that. Always tells me its not covered under insurance when it is, doesnt want to accept transfers from other pharmacies, and I have to always make multiple calls to doctor and insurance company to get everything worked out. Never had this problem before this guy was at the pharmacy.

After having a really tough time with my doctors office CVS pharmacy was so helpful! The technician was so kind to me. He helped me get everything I needed without the help from my docs. Huge help!! Just a great experience and excellent customer service

Dont expect to get anyone on the phone they never answer the phone horrible customer service. How are they supposed to help you if they dont answer the phone it forces you to have to come in. They dont care either to answer the phone they seem to think its ok just to not get it. No accountability

Pharmacy hours online say they close at 10 and I asked one of the associates in the store and she said they close at 9. I told her that it says their pharmacy closes at 10 on their website and she said it’s not my problem.

Hours for pharmacy should be listed primarily so someone doesnt drive for 45 minutes to get medicine before 10pm and the closed before 9pm

Awful! It has officially taken me longer to get my prescription filled than it did for my entire doctors office visit. Over an hour.

The WORST and I mean THE WORST CVS in Waco and surrounding areas. The old ladys that work there are extremely rude and will literally throw your items in the bag. Especially this lady called MARY and there is this other old lady that I always forget to look at her name but she has short hair also. Its the CVS that is the closest to my home so I go there a lot but it is just ridiculous how rude these ladies are to customers. Well, to HISPANIC customers. I have noticed that they are really nice to Caucasian people but not to HISPANIC customers. Ohhhh and if you are using coupons this Mary lady will grunt because of that. Anyway, the CVS at SOUTH Valley Mills and the one at Woodway are much better than this one. I asked that Mary lady if I could speak to her manager so that I could file a complaint but she just rolled her eyes at me and told me that the manager was not available. So I guess the managers there dont really care how their employees treat their customers either.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My insurance company, Aetna, bought CVS out, and they force thier policyholders to use CVS by inflating the cost of prescriptions if you use another pharmacy. Invariably when I try to call a prescription in they never have it in stock and it will be weeks before they get any more, but they dont bother letting you know this at the time. They wait for you to call back wanting to know if your Rx is ready. LOUSY LOUSY PHARMACY OWNED BY A LOUSY LOUSY INSURANCE COMPANY.

No hours posted. Pharmacists will not give any help with over the counter meds. Did he go to school for his degree or what! They should give some kind of feedback on these things. Its a joke.

Not to crowded you can get in and out pretty fast but fairly reasonable prices staff is always willing to help half decent
