Big Frog created by order perfectly! I contacted them 2 days prior to needing my order and they were able to get everything done in just one day, exactly as I wanted (even with me requesting multiple changes in the design, due to me changing my mind on what I had originally provided them). They were very patient and excellent with communication. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

Big Frog has come through for us in a big way. We were under some pressure to get out a few shirts. Our shirts were designed very well, and shipped in a very timely manner. The prices were very reasonable compared to other stores we have shopped. Big Frog can also accommodate our large and small orders. The staff is friendly and willing to work within your budget and time constraints. I cannot recommend this business enough for all of your screen printing and customized accessory needs.

I enjoyed the great shirt options for female adults. The material of the shirts on the right wall were amazing! I wish you had them for children as well. The best parts were the turn around time, definitely convenient for a last minute busy single mom like myself. And thank you to your great staff, the young lady working on the computer on the left was wonderful. She politely offered her suggestion and input and I went with it 100%. It looked better the way she suggested my idea.As for the other older adult female sitting in the back main corner, she wasn’t very warm at all. Didn’t even greet me when I came in and her face looked like she didn’t even want to be there. I wouldn’t want someone working for my company to have that type of presentation if that was my personal business. I’ve previously walked out of establishment when I get the feeling I’m an inconvenience to them versus a paying clientele. I grew up in NYC so I’m used to it but with this being the south- SHE can benefit from some southern hospitality tips.

I just had T-shirts made for our local pool team.To say we are happy with our shirts is an understatement.Big Frog Custom T-shirts was recommended to me by a fellow pool player.I have used other T-shirt companies in Waco and have never been dissatisfied, but I am super pleased with our new shirts.When I first went in I spoke with Brittany at length about what I was wanting on our shirts.She went above and beyond on how we could make that happen.She took the time to find just the right color of shirt that would make our design stand out and got them ordered.Once our shirts were in, I went back in to finalize the order.On this day Brittany was working to get anothers customers order finished up by the end of the day so I worked with Emily.Emily was great. Her ideas on placement and design were perfect.When my order was ready I received a call and it was done precisely when Brittany told me it would be.After the fact it was determined we would need 3 more shirts and they were ready in a couple of days.I will be using Big Frog Custom T-shirts for my future t-shirt needs.A big THANK YOU to Brittany and Emily!

Location is beside Kohl’s. Easyy you access and plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend this place for anything from a small job to large orders.

Steve and his wife have gone above and beyond helping us design a custom volleyball shirt for our 11 yr old daughter. They went out of their way to make us happy. They have the most up to date equipment and blew us away with the quality of their work. I currently have them working on another project for our summer league. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Received a call saying your shirts are finished and you can pick up them today. I went to pick up and was missing one shirt which they said nothing about and which I caught and asked. The lady rolled her eyes and said on darker shirts they can take two days to dry which they said nothing about and wouldnt have made the 30 minute trip to pick up today if her communication skills her better. She was talking about me to the other lady working there. Just very very rude! I have been here many many times but I will go else where now!

Y’all!!!! I came from 5 hours away to Waco for a bachelorette party and when I got here I realized one of our matching shirts were missing!!!!! This was at 3:30 and they close at 4 so I was worried they’d say no. I called them and told them the situation and they told me they’d do it happily!!!! They have helped us out a couple of times! And when I say helped us out i mean it! We needed something for that Saturday and it was Thursday and we needed to be able to pick it up Friday by closing time for Big Frog at 4 PM. And an item had to be ordered. Guess what they came through not once but twice because it got really cold the next weekend and we had to have them order some sweatshirts to come in and have them printed by Closing on Friday again! On two occasions with short (very short) notice these folks came through for me! As a tribute to my late mother my son wants a crossword puzzle tie for the funeral the next day. They said bring the tie and we will make it happen. Hours later we had a crossword tie with words filling the spaces.For grandparents day they produced 2 custom t-shirts the same day for me... When the say Custom T-Shirts they actually mean THE CUSTOMERS ! Here is one of the shirts they made... and most of all no complaints about pricing or service!

The employees designed and printed a custom tie for my grandmothers funeral in about 4 hours. I cant express how much I appreciated them working so fast to get it ready as the funeral was the next day. The employees cared about my situation and wanted to help make it perfect. I came in with my younger sister (age 5) and younger brother (age 3), because they were wanting to make their own custom t-shirts. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with extreme kindness. We were asked what we were wanting and my younger siblings took over at that point. Unfortunately, I dont remember the names of the owners. But the lady took my sister and pulled a chair next to her so she could tell her exactly what she wanted, she also did the same with my brother. She was so sweet to them and asked them what they wanted. Her husband also asked what my brothers favorite show was and put it on the TV so he could stay busy while it was his sisters turn. When it came time to print the shirts, she let them press the button to start to print and made them feel like her big helpers. It was such an enjoyable experience and I will definitely be back for other products.

Love that there are various products to choose from! I also especially like that the image is stained/printed on and wouldn’t peel off after washing. Services are great! It seems like almost any tee shirt you can dream up can be made. Also love that you are able to print on sleeves of the shirt. You were GREAT! We were visiting from out of state, trying to find a specific shirt for our grandson... with no luck. Sharon and the Big Frog staff went WAY BEYOND the help us. Sadly, the shirt size we needed was not in the store, but we were allowed to purchase a shirt from a department store and bring it back for customization. The whole process usually takes up to 24 hours... but knowing we were from out of state and leaving the next day, Sharon and the staff immediately set to work designing and printing. They couldnt have done a better job. Definitely one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. I will always recommend Big Frog to anyone in the Waco area. If you need any t-shirts, etc with custom printing, Big Frog is your place. Sharon, one of the owners was extremely helpful in designing our shirts. She showed me so many options & features that were available, I was able to have a final look before the shirts were printed. I needed 4 shirts done & had other errands to run so Sharon said she would have them ready in 30 minutes AND she did.The method they use embeds the color into the fabric so it will never get stiff or peel!FYI: they also have hats, bags, blouses, shirt, etc.
