HANDS DOWN THE BEST. She made my mother - in- law a mother’s day shirt LAST MINUTE and embroidered my baby boys hat which turned out absolutely AMAZING. I definitely recommend ink and stitches to EVERYONE. Responded very fast to my questions in regards to making the shirt exactly how i wanted even though it was last minute (less than a week before mother’s day and she had it done the next day for me) and was sure to make sure she could do my sons hat since it was so small. ABSOLUTELY amazing service and promptness and such a nice lady. Can’t wait to work with her more

If you’ll notice, none of these reviews are very recent! Well, here’s my RECENT experience...I dropped off my daughter’s A&M lab coats to be monogrammed on April 27th and SPECIFICALLY stated we needed to pick them up prior to May 7th because my daughter was starting clinicals at vet school on Monday May 10th. I was told it would not be a problem they would be ready in plenty of time! I left NUMEROUS messages the week of May 1st- May 7th with no return call. Well, guess what?? Today is May 7th- the shop is closed (even though the website says it’s open) and no one is answering the phone, AGAIN!! I’ve jumped through multiple hoops and countless time on the Internet all morning/afternoon trying to reach Josette (the shop owner) because my daughter HAS to have those coats in order to receive credit for her school internship. Well, I FINALLY found Josette’s cell phone number (by the grace of GOD) and I texted her regarding the lab coats. It took over an hour to finally get a response and when she did respond, she stated she was out of town until next week, the shop was closed and the coats HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED!!! Of course I panicked and asked if there was any way possible for me to get them back today? (Done or not) She stated she would have her husband stop by the shop and put them in a bag outside of the shop for us to pick up.I NEVER give reviews, ever! (As a matter of fact this is my very first one) but I wanted warn people and make them aware of what type of business is being ran at Ink & Stitches. When someone works as hard as my daughter has, spent 8yrs in school to get to this point and you rely on someone to get the work done they’ve promised you, you expect to have quality work done in a timely manner. Well in our case that just didn’t happen, At all!!! I even did extensive research to make sure I found the best place possible to have this work done because it was so IMPORTANT I didn’t want to leave anything to chance!!! I’m beyond disappointed and completely dissatisfied to say the least! If I could rate this a zero, I would. Now I just pray her husband does put them in a bag for us to pick up today, because if not, my daughter will not be permitted to start clinicals on Monday. I’m literally in shock as to why they had not EVEN BEEN STARTED after it was explained in great detail the IMPORTANCE of having them completed prior to today and NO ONE even had the courtesy to call and let me know it was not going to be possible -so I could have AT LEAST tried to make other arrangements!! Again, totally disappointed 😔I just wanted to take the time to write this review so hopefully this won’t happen to someone else. Thanks for listening.

She did such a wonderful job! She helped me monogram a Yeti cup for a present just in time for Christmas! I was a little last minute, but she squeezed me in anyway. It turned out beautiful!
